Excellent service and attentive staff throughout our two- day conference. Communication was professional, responses were quick, and every detail was handled with genuine care for the guests. A fantastic venue with comfortable accommodation right in the city centre. I would definitely recommend it both to fellow event planners hosting events and to visitors looking for a great place to stay.

Check-in slow and inefficient. For some reason when I asked the hotel the location of the parking the day prior to my arrival, they kept it a big secret from me. “We will tell you where the parking is when you arrive” 🤔 Then by the time I got through the long check-in line, all the spaces were taken and I was lucky to find a spot on the street. Nice clean minimalistic rooms. Somewhat small but overall ok. Breakfast was of good qualify with many options, for all tastes. The hotel is just 1 minute via a corridor to the central paved freedom street where there are many cafes and high end stores. Will stay again when I visit Kaunas again!

Everything should have been great, but it was just okay. Food - really good. Choice for different tastes, both at breakfast and dinner. The basic room is really small, although with very high ceilings. Problematic temperature control, we couldn't raise the temperature by 3 degrees. I stayed at Vytautas SPA Hotel – the stay itself was pleasant, and the massages and SPA treatments were truly excellent. However, the checkout experience was very disappointing. I have visited Vytautas Mineral Spa multiple times, whilst on holidays in Lithuania with my family. I always enjoyed the stay and an excellent service. I cannot praise enough Spa reception staff,who were very polite, professional, gave an advice on the procedures and beauty products! They will always do their best to accomodate their clients. Defo 5 stars and highly recommended!

Our stay was great. Enjoyed the spa space and comfortable rooms. The only feedback for improvement is booking of the spa procedures. Would be helpful to have an online booking system for the procedures.

The big problem was reception - 2 hour.... But reception for procedures was terrible, we waiting from 17-18 &18:30-20 thanks staff suport, She give us schedule for procedures next day. I have spent some time in the lovely amazing place . Room clean and tidy , amazing view on the spectacular river Nemunas ( 20 bucks more on the reservation if you like to get this amazing view for sure ) , buffet meals and amazing Spa with as many saunas as you like . Very recommended place to be with kids or without. As being very picky person, I found this place perfect ....nature, customer service and provided treatment wise. Very good trained staff, professional management. Simply loved the place! Good location. Small rooms. Very unfriendly reception and lobby bar staff. If you do not take FB, no options to have a lunch or dinner. SPA changes and cancels procedures anytime without offering other options. Amber SPA is great! However good location to have a walk to the city and by the river.

The location is excellent, with most scenic spots just a short walk away. The room was very clean, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable, giving me a truly relaxing stay. Spacious and beautifully designed room, with an oddly cramped bathroom. Shower soap bottle was empty when we checked in which was super inconvenient. Lighting would be nice if it wasn't motion-controlled and constantly went on and off while sitting in the room.

Great stay and wonderful services. It is great hotel in a really great location close to downtown, local zoo, and 15 min drive from airport. Staff knows english so it was easy to communicate. I stayed at the Ibis Kaunas Centre for two nights and overall had a good experience. The location is a real highlight. It’s very central, about a 10-minute walk to the Old Town, right next to the main bus station, and less than five minutes on foot to the main train station. Getting around Kaunas was easy from here. The room is spacious The lighting is good It looks clean and bright. There is a small sofa to sit on comfortably The bus station is downstairs, and it takes only ten minutes to walk to the central railway station. The transportation is very convenient

The rooms are very comfortable, the receptionist is really welcoming and helpful. I really sleep well. Views from 5th floor is amazing. They told me where to go and how to go when i asked them. Breakfast is good and many choices. Location is very central and can get bus easily to everywhere. Next door is the main bus terminal.

Hotel is rather harder to find than anticipated and as I drove to the the hotel had some difficulty finding it. Perhaps hotel should get Google map to remark their location to their frobt desk.

i wouldn’t stay in this hotel during the winter period as there is no aircon. Had to open windows, ocassionally it was noisy outside. shower head was spoilt as well, water splashing everywhere, making the whole toilet floor wet after my shower.

Great location. Secure car park, clean but we had some fried  chicken smell in the room. Old noisy AC and some noisy rubbish collectors early In the morning. Breakfast is fine a lot of options available.

Great value hotel in an excellent location. Breakfast was vast and well stocked - staff were friendly and we used the gym, sauna and played lots of table tennis. Bus no 29 (1€) to the airport was on the next street - though the staff didn’t seem to know about it!

The hotel is perfectly located, a two-minute walk from the church and the main street. The hotel staff is very friendly, and the breakfast is very comprehensive. Highly recommended if you're visiting Kaunas.

Good hotel, matched expectations. Didn’t require parking nor use leisure facilities which both seem to have received negative comments before. Reception area and staff nice; room clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a tasty selection of pastries, also had yogurt and toast. Also available some hot food and cheese & meats.

Ok for the price I guess. Breakfast was not so good, especially for the price of 14€. Rooms are very basic. In the winter some rug for shoes would be great or a shoe rack. Also, really weird bedsheets which do not breathe, and you get sweaty through the night. Probably will not stay again

I'm from Ukraine, and this night I had to spend in this hotel, but instead I was stuck on UA-PL border during 16 hours and as a result I was forced to spend night in the bus. But the hotel gave us a chance to take a shower and left for us breakfast. Now I can feel myself a human again. So thank you so much for this!

As expected from Ibis Styles. Hotel itself is relatively new, rooms are clean and comfy, stuff friendly and professional with good English😊 The only and tiny thing to adjust is having at least some snacks to buy in a hotel bar in case of late evening hungry guests😂 See you next time. A great location, right next to the central square in the Old Town, which was unfortunately under renovation during my stay. A great starting point for exploring the city, with a bus stop nearby, which also offers direct connections to the bus station. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom spacious. The only thing missing was a regular electric kettle so I could make a cup of tea...

Absolutely loved our stay at Monte Pacis! The atmosphere was peaceful and unique, steeped in history. Our room was cozy, the service excellent, and the breakfast — absolutely fantastic, fit for royalty. Highly recommend!

Restaurant review only. Business lunch was very reasonably priced. The service was excellent! The food is tasty, especially the desserts are very original as well as good taste! Highly recommended to go by after the visit to the monastery.

It is a unique place - a restaurant in a monastery. The atmosphere is very authentic. Dishes reflect the place, for example, they have a deer steak. Service was perfect, and the staff was very friendly. P.S. If you have never been here, a tour of the monastery can be combined. The tour takes ~ 2 hours.

If you're in Kaunas, Monte Pacis is a culinary destination worth considering. The food quality is notably above average for a Michelin Guide-recommended restaurant, leaning towards a 1-star level in my opinion (and the pricing reflects this elevated standard). After a couple of hiccups, we were absolutely thrilled with the room, location and the experience here. The girl at the desk Kristina was super helpful and kind. It’s in the heart of the city, room had beautiful aged wood and was a great combination of vintage old and modern (bathroom and some details).

The hotel is an old building, the lobby is charming. The rooms are very old - partially refurbished. This did not spoil the experience for us personally, because the location is great and the rooms are spacious. We enjoyed our stay there - the bedding is fresh and clean and the bed is fine. The breakfast is decent. Good value for money.

Conveniently close to the pedestrian street and the city center. Nukkavieru. Upon arrival, Wünderbaum was forgotten in the room, which was suspicious. Fortunately, the room had its own balcony. Breakfast was basic. Parking was only found with a navigator and even then by searching.

The place is near city centre, so you don't need to use a car. Breakfast are big and delicious. The room quality was bad. Smells of cigarettes and our towels was with big holes.

We had difficulties finding the hotel: Navigate to "Vasario 16-osios g., Kaunas". You enter the dead-end street from the north. The entrance to the hotel and the parking space is a small passage-way on the left. The staff was very friendly. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are sufficiently large. Only no shower but a tub. Breakfast was ok but not especially great. Limited options for vegans...
