Tiny, but very nice hotel. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Staff is very nice. Rooms has all you need: bar, one can make tea. Additional bed is big and comfortable. There's sushi restaurant on the ground floor. Location is very good, some rooms face the church. There's no parking near hotel, but possible to find a free public parking 100-200 m from hotel.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Simpatija Hotel and I must say, it was far from satisfactory. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, there were numerous issues that left me utterly disappointed.
First and foremost, the cleanliness of the hotel was subpar. The lobby and common areas were unkempt, with visible dirt and stains on the furniture. The lack of attention to detail was evident throughout the property, as I noticed cobwebs in corners and dusty surfaces in my room.
Speaking of the room, it was far from the comfortable and inviting space I had anticipated. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, making it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. The outdated decor and worn-out furnishings gave the room a tired and neglected appearance.
Furthermore, the noise levels in the hotel were excessive. I could hear conversations and footsteps from neighboring rooms, which disrupted my peace and quiet. The thin walls did little to provide any semblance of privacy, making it difficult to relax or focus on work during my stay.
One of the most disappointing aspects of my stay was the lackluster dining experience. The breakfast buffet was limited in options, with stale bread and unappetizing choices. The quality of the food was far below the standard I expected, and it was evident that little effort was put into providing a satisfying meal for guests.

I loved this place. When I first arrived, there was staff already and a smile even after a very long day. The rooms were nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable, too.
The location is OK, because near the hotel is a church, so the bell could wake you up. I stayed at fifth flour and the view on the window was a bit blocked by another house.
I think that the breakfast was the best part of the hotel. It was a "Swedish table", so there's no meniu and you need to pick, what do you want to eat. There was so much to pick from. The food just melts in the mouth, I recommend the croissants and for kids - hot chocolate or juice.

Location of the hotel couldn't be better, food is good but could be a little more varied.
+ Great location - during breakfast you have a view on a small park with main church. On the other side of a street there are 2 big lakes with paths to walk, playground for children and some wooden sculptures to see. When you go along the promenade you have market with souvenirs, music fountain, aquapark and cable car. Shops and restaurants are pretty close by as well. Coffee machine with hot chocolate is nice for kids. Receptionist speaking Polish.
- Bigger variety of food during breakfast, on the last hour some things were no longer added - pancakes or fries. Carrot with garlic for breakfast is a brave choice :D

The hotel is located on a pedestrian street. Parking within walking distance. Lovely helpful staff. Great room. Good wifi in room and restaurant. The menu is simple without a huge amount of dishes but quite democratic prices. The chef personally brings prepared meals to customers. Aquapark walk no more than 10 minutes.
