A very cozy hotel where we truly felt at home. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. The rooms were comfortable, and the spaces were large and inviting. The fireplace in the lobby is the true embodiment of coziness. The restaurant offered delicious food in a spacious and modern setting.

I really like this hotel and would really recommend it.
The location is really good: 2 min from Aqua-park and 5 min from "Spring of youth", on the main street.
The food is very good too.
The rooms have baths.
The air and view from the rooms are really good too.
Just about 20 min walking from Bus station
And 1 min from central chearch.
the water in the taps are very soft. I don't know if it is drinkable.
the only thing disappointed me - that they propose in the rooms the bottled mineral water for charge EUR 2.00 (as for Sep 2024).

Decent place! Location was great being right by the aqua park. Our room was clean and had what we needed. Communal areas also decent.

Our "double" bed was two singles pushed together and breakfast was only okay. But minor gripes - I'd recommend overall

Good place in the city center. Around 100m from Aqua park, 300m from bicycle tracks along the Nemunas river, 200m from main city fontain and 100m from the main elevator, which can transport you over Nemunas river to Snow Arena.
Breakfest are good, also it is possible to order lunch and dinner all day long, with decent prices and really good food quality. Rooms are standard nothing special, free parking for guestes.

This was the worst accommodation i have ever been in, absolute worst experience. Bed was broken, room was really hot with no proper ventilation, toilet paper was bot replaced daily, some towels was not changed even when i booked the room for 2 adults and 1 kid.

📝 The Regina Hotel in Druskininkai has many positive aspects, but the bed could use some improvement. Staff, cleanliness, and the facilities were all satisfactory. The restaurant served delicious meals and the location was perfect for a peaceful retreat. With a more comfortable bed, this hotel would be even better! 💤🔄

Hotel is simple, but very cozy. Great location, 1 minute away from aqua park. Old fashioned, but very clean. No problems at all, maybe because that we stayed not in summer time. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, definitely will be returning just for this reason.

Terrible experience. Noisy - close to an active road and the musical fountain which plays very loud music late into the night. The rooms are tiny, the furniture is ancient. There is mold in the shower. The service at the reception is just awful. They do not help with anything at all and roll their eyes at any reasonable request. Also at 7:30 am they started vacuum cleaning the corridor which was obviously incredibly disruptive. I will never come back here again and suggest no one else does.

Small rooms with balcony, breakfast nothing special. 2 out of 3 coffee machines ir broken. Good spot but dorm tipe rooms.

At the reception met us with the phone in the hands, was no desire to approach us. Room but requires repair. Bed all charged,impossible to sleep. Breakfasts are terrible, we came half an hour after the service (8:30am) and it was nothing to eat, just coffee, cheese and 4 sausages. Not reccomend at all.

I rested in this hotel for five days from March 22 to March 27. I have the most pleasant memories, this is the place where I want to return again. The room is small in size, but cozy, double bed, refrigerator, wardrobe, bedside table, TV.
Toilet with washbasin and shower, two towels. Meals three times a day, for breakfast, lunch and dinner there are several options for different dishes and drinks to choose from. The medical procedures that are carried out in the medical annex to the hotel deserve special praise. The best clinics in Lithuania could be proud of the masseuse Rasa .I'm trying to think of any shortcomings, and....there just aren't any.

The place is extremely cold in the end of September. When I asked for a heater the receptionist rolled her eyes and said - of course not. When I asked for an extra blanket, she said - but you already have two. However, she gave me the blanket in the end. Other guests freeze too and say - if there are not enough guests at this hotel, they won’t turn on the heating. I would gladly leave, but I can't, since I came here for a festival. This place is a nightmare.
