Nice swimming pool and spa very good location shops nearby. Good only for short stay.Parking far.

I booked 3 nights via Booking.com for 4 th to 8 mai 2022. We tried to call the hotel days before our journey but no one took the phone.
We drove to the hotel and The ALKA Hotel Palanga was Closed. Dirty corridors and you could see that they are repairing things there.
The door was CLOSED. And we had to find another hotel. Very disappointed. I tok many pictures.

NOT a 4-star hotel at all. I would give it 3 stars, but I stayed in 3 star hotel in Vilnius a night before (comfort hotel) and it was much nicer than Alka, so Alka deserves 2 stars at most. Our rooms were not ready on time, breakfast is questionable, room facilities are very poor with small bad TV showing bad quality videos, balcony with the view for which we had to pay extra are shabby, the view is laughable (could pay not to have this view), exterior of the hotel is very USSR like and needs renovation, etc For cheaper you can stay in hotel Gradiali - a true 4 star hotel

Stayed for 3 nights in a double suite with living area and balcony. The hotel is very clean, 24h front desk and the staff quite professional. The photos of the pool and sauna area are very misrepresentative. They are quite cramped and fill up quickly until the area closes at midday. The parking was appreciated, the barrier system could be better. The massage spa is very nice and the people are very professional. Overall a good stay and worth the money.

Good, silent place near the main street in Palanga. Simple, but generous breakfast. Not too elaborate, but affordable lunch. Restaurant could accept payment cards though. Service is approachable they can stick to your schedule if you're with kids, which is important due to naps etc.

Not really a 4 star hotel, no more than 3 stars. Food quality is OK, nothing special. Prices in restaurant are too high in my opinion based on other restaurants nearby. Breakfast was very basic, usually sausages, pasta, omlet or pancakes.

It's general 3* hotel. I don't know why Alka hotel have 4* .
Cleaning isn't regular.
Breakfast is simple.
The SPA zone is available for free only from 8-00 am till 11-00 am. But there is breakfast in the same time .
I don't recommend this hotel.
