I had a very positive experience with a large group booking for a work event. The hotel is really great, very conveniently located and with an excellent breakfast buffet. The sales department was also extremely helpful during the booking process. I would definitely recommend lodging here.

I stayed in a superior double, which was large and over looked the back of the hotel so was really quiet! However the rooms are very old fashioned decor, and whilst the bathroom was big it had a cheap shower cubicle and an inspiring shower head. Bed was comfortable with a choice of very soft or just soft pillows. Breakfast was well stocked but when a coach party were also in the 2 coffee machines ...

I liked everything, especially the location and breakfast. However, the window in my single room was very difficult to open. I had to first stand on a chair, then on the table, because the table completely blocked access to the window unless you stood on it.

Hotel with a very good location. The room was spacious, clean. Sadly the towels had holes in them. Not the best breakfast, there could be improvements. Note there were constructions outside and they were audible from our room. The rooms are not entirely soundproof, as you could hear walking and snoring from upstairs.

Reception staff was very nice and friendly although she seemed to lost her voice. Rooms were pretty basic, beds were not comfortable enough. Felt more like a 3 star than 4 stars though.

Friendly staff very happy to help. Great, spacious rooms, very quiet despite central location. 8/9 minutes walk to all the main sites eg Vilnius cathedral, Gedmina’s hill tower and the palace of Duke of Lithuania.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Vilnia. Fantastic location , warm, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Great value for money and nicer than we hoped for. Breakfast was a little bit so-so, but that’s the only thing, and it was so well priced it’s not a problem. Stay here, it’s fab.

The breakfast was not as good as the rest of the hotel or the service there either . It was very poor and staff not interested or engaged in customer service .

The hotel is really nice, but some of the men working there simply are liars. We parked a car in "their territory", took pictures, showed them, asked is it allowed to park over there, and they confirmed. After a week I got a fine from police for incorrectly parked car... Be careful with their parking.

Had a very nice stay here. The hotel is located in Old Town along a nice street with restaurants and shops. However, it remained very quiet. The bed is comfortable, and the shower is spacious. The hotel's location is excellent, making it a convenient walk to the old town. However, the hotel itself is quite hidden, seemingly located in an office building. It's easy to miss if you're not looking for it. Parking is difficult to find there, so there are paid parking spaces behind the hotel, which is fine.

Walking distance from Vilnius train station in a residential neighbourhood. While there were some public works ongoing during my stay, I imagine it would be quiet normally. Good restaurants are walking distance away. Staff were friendly and willing to help.

For the price very acceptable. Nice rooms, everything as expected. Breakfast very good, location excellent. Only the lady at the reception might need a little bit of customer relation training. A little smile and a little bit of a friendly converstion sometimes gives customers a better feeling ;-) But that was more than compensated by the super friendly lady from the breakfast!

It's in the heart of the old city, with a great location. The rooms are divided into an old building and a new building, and you have to walk through the second-floor corridor to the elevator in the new building. I stayed in the new building, and the hotel said the lobby was renovated this year (2025), and the rooms have also been renovated in recent years. It's very new!

They don't return items left in a room. I checked out and realised I left an important item to me in the room. (I was gifted that item in the room, so it didn't leave the room at all) I came back later on the same day and they said it's not found. It's in a great location, the staff are very friendly, and the former monastery has a magical atmosphere. The rooms are modest but comfortable. I think it's very good value for money. It's strange that you have to pay for breakfast every day in the dining room.

The property was okay and mostly clean. But the shower drain seems to be clogged because the water stayed in the shower for a long time. Except for the cleaning staff, we did not see any other staff. Thus we cannot judge any staff.

Great place to stay, 5 minutes from the train and coach station and 5 minutes from the old town. Its more like a hotel than a hostel as my en suite room was great. Communication from the staff was great and even though they are not there 24/7, its easy to contact them. Will 100% stay here again

The problem was there was no one at the front desk to contact. I idi not receive sms messages on my phone and had to rely on strangers to phone for check in information.

It was a clean, organized and quiet hotel behind a McDonalds on the main street. Location is in the city center. If you have heavy luggage there is no elevator so you have to carry it up some steps. I would of liked to see a higher water temperature in the shower. Other than that is was good.

Apart from the location which is not central- it’s a great place to stay. Located in a modern complex with a tennis  club /school.
