Where to stay in Vilnius

A great place in a nice area. A warning: no elevator and the steps to the second floor is narrow.

Breakfast is a 5 min walk. It was 3 degrees C. But as others say definitely worth it. We were given a lovely room with a fabulous view of the “kind of” courtyard. I requested a kettle and they kindly provided one. We didn’t feel neglected but it is a bit of an adjustment if you aren’t prepared for no one on site. Our heater kept turning off even when the switch on but..the bathroom had a heated floor...

Our 4th stay, we are just amazed by Stikliai, the staff are so professional, approachable and helpful and the rooms are wonderful. We really enjoy the sauna and pool. There is a calmness about the place. I feel restored by a visit here.

Apart from the location which is not central- it’s a great place to stay. Located in a modern complex with a tennis  club /school. It offers a modern style design and decoration alongside a young atmosphere in the bar and a very competitive buffet breakfast. If you have a car or don’t mind to take a uber or bolt then you’ll find the stay in this hotel very pleasant. The stuff are excellent as well

It's easy and accessible, ideal if you're not in the city centre, especially if you're coming by car. The room is simple, ideal for a few days. Bed is comfortable. Clean and well maintained. The restaurant downstairs is also good. Breakfast is super.

The location is just absolutely awesome and walking distance to the key spots in Old Town. There are a lot of eating out options around the hotel as well. Rooms are sufficiently clean though the interiors can be a bit a jarring in terms of lots of gold/other ostentatious fitments in the room (presumably to give a “palace” feel to us lesser mortals!!).

The hotel is located in the heart of the old town. A very beautiful receptionist checked me in; her voice was incredibly gentle, with a touch of ********* sweetness. There was a kettle. The space was okay, with good natural light and a view. There was an iron in the hallway.

Great hotel Nice hotel and really close to the airport. We were only there one night so didn’t get to experience too much.

When we arrived at night the receptionist went out of her way to make sure we got a meal even though the kitchen was about to close. She also stayed late to make sure my husband got safely up the stairs to our room since he has limited mobility. The receptionist is also trying to help us get a package back to the USA with some keepsakes from our trip that we accidentally left behind. A really caring...

Conveniently located for airport access with a bus stop right next to the hotel. The breakfast was good. However, there was a sewage smell in the bathroom of the room, and the towels were worn out.

I stayed in Moon Garden for 1 night. The room was clean, breakfast good. The personal is very professional and polite. Location is awesome, right in the center of the Vilnius, across the city market with fresh food.

The room on the 1st floor smelled of sewage when I turned on the water in the shower (I turned on the water, closed the bathroom door and waited a few minutes, otherwise you can breathe in hydrogen sulfide). Otherwise - excellent value for money in the middle of the season. We’ve got the biggest room with balcony. The room is very beautiful and well equipped. Everything went smoothly perfect. The hotel located in the perfect spot nearby gate of dawn and also the market.

Simple, no-frills hotel with very reasonable prices. That being said, you also get what you pay for. The buildings are old and clearly due for a refresh. Still, I had walls around me, a roof over my head and a bed to sleep in. The en suite bathroom, although sparse, was functional and the shower had good water pressure with stable temperature. 30 minutes drive from center. Good location - 5 mins from bus stop, supermarkets. Next to hotel is big park, which is full of chapels, where you can have nice walk or morning jog. Quiet neighborhood and friendly staff. As a minus - there were still some trash left from previous visitor.

It was OK. The rooms were clean, and that is what is important. Towels changed daily. The staff were almost invisible. Unfortunately, in the mornings, it was difficult to get a hold of a receptionist. Breakfast was good, not great. Girl in reception did not seem very polite and I was surprised to find my room like that (pic). It seems someone was lying down in bed. Maybe cleaning lady got lazy. The rest is cool, apart I could hear my neighbour snoring.

Cheep place. Lifts are outdated. Breakfast food is cold. Ordered a can of beer, staff didn't know how to fill glass. Overfilled it. Made a mess at the table. Rooms are spaceous enough. Extremely fascinating! We felt like we were under the arches of an ancient city. The clever decorating scheme included existing stone structures amid the modern facilities provided for comfort. This apartment is unique and beautiful. It is in the middle of restaurants and shops and very walkable. We had difficulty driving to the apartment, as the streets are narrow and packed with pedestrians who walk on the streets. ******* says parking is 8 Euro but it is actually 2 Euro per hour up to 23 hours and then 1 E after that! The hotel is located in a very central place, walking distance from the cathedral and the olds city. Rooms are large enough, but with steep stairs. Room #8 is highly not recommened, as the toilet is very inconvenient to use.

Nice budget hotel, room was clean more or less except an old rug that is part of history... It is impossible to clean it. Room itself is nice, cool and calm. Breakfast was minor but it's a breakfast I do not eat much so it was ok. Coffie is good. Internet connection was slow but more or less stable. Value for money - great.

Like 200 m from the central cathedral. Cosy place. Visible wear and tear on the sofa. Didn't realize the Hotel had a separate WI-FI from the restaurant until day 2 with the password written on the entry card cover. Customizable heating available in rooms. Flat screen TV with channels in most popular languages. Breakfast leads much to be desired. Otherwise a great experience. Highly recommend.

It's a very dynamic place, never know what to expect as service and overall quality varies from visit to visit. Sometimes they would offer an exceptional service in every aspect as well as excellent food quality and there are times when you may spend about 40 minutes waiting for a pint and receive cold food with it. But when it's good, it's absolutely worth it.

Yes, hotel is nice, but needs some reconstruction, but right after that they need some privat security and also surveilance system, its a good location and nice place, but if they want a stars they need some help, if the owner is reading im ready to assist u with reconstruction and security

I ate chicken and it wasn't bad, but I wouldn't say it was something special. On the other hand side dishes were just fantastic, especially grilled and oven baked vegetables. Be cautious: banquets might take place on weekends, so expect slow service (we waited 1,5 hours to get our orders). Service is quite good, though.

Stayed in Runmis for 3 nights: Cons: shabby room, terrible bed, small tv, not a safe neighborhood Pros: good price, good location(5min by foot to bus,train station, 15 min to old town) good bathroom, quiet place. All in all Runmis is a decent budget hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Ratonda Centrum Hotels. The room were spacious and clean. It could be made dark ind the night and there were almost no noise, neither from the street, nor from other guests. The hotel was situated in walking distance from most attractions. We were happy for ous stay.

This is a theme hotel and the theme is poets and authors, so each room is named after a different author and inside the rooms there are paintings and photos and books of the author and other authors. But one goes to a hotel to find a comfortable stay and leave the authors for the museums. Our room was spacious, the bed very comfortable, and the breakfast good. The hotel staff were also very friendly and professional. However, our room did not have air conditioning, so we had to open the windows at night, which let in noise from conversations and passing cars.

We really liked this hotel, clean, cozy, with quality bed linen, made in a classic style. Quiet. The breakfast was simply magnificent, the best for our entire trip through the cities of Lithuania, Poland and Germany. The staff is friendly. Everything is great. I recommend it. Place it self was clean and cozy, only huge down side was that walls are like paper and we were unlucky enaugh to have horrible neighbor... a little mould in the shower room ceiling , but I believe it is quite normal in such old houses. Staff was nice , and atmosphere was good. If you stay there I wish you to have quite neighbor's.
