Small hotel located away from main road. room behind can sometimes hear the school kids from the nearby school but it's not an issue as it gets quiet pretty fast.
room are big, clean, firm bed, aircond cooling . No frill but a good place to come back to rest after a full day out. Front desk team very efficient & friendly.

Is the second time we stay in this hotel. The location is excellent but may need to do some renovations as the wall paper already start to tear off

It was an alright stay. Bathroom is really spacious, bedroom is weirdly shaped due to being a corner unit but acceptable. Basic bathroom amenities are there, limited TV channels. Lift and the entire of 2nd floor and room did smell of cigarettes when I checked in, and it was a bit off putting. I try not to look too much into the details such as peeling wallpapers and A/C that doesn't work as regularly as it should (sometimes cold, most of the time just OK despite no changes in the temperature settings).
Location was superb. It's a short drive to pretty much everywhere I need to access during my business trip, so that's a plus. For it's price, I can't complain much. But if I'm particular, topping up a little bit more could get me a more recently renovated hotel (C***tel) with equally accessible location.

One of the better hong kong dim sum places

No place for royals. The absence of customers during Saturday dimsum brunch tells the whole story. Disinterested waiters with very limited Manglish. Very slow service - 30 minutes for a pork chop when zero customers. Pork chop was commendable, chef should transfer to Western dining.

The speed of dishes serving is too slow, collect empty plates is too fast, I didn't have sufficient time to eat. Was here attending a wedding dinner. Chili sauce were spilled before we arrived, that shows how unprofessional they are. Parking machine at 3rd floor only accepts old coins.
