Unhelpful reservation and front desk. I booked wrong date and check in as well and ask for refund the wrong date..not responding and reluctantly request. Dont stay this hotel. Useless and helpless staff .

First time stay here , it’s great bed for good sleep, but to the top floor restaurants is disappointed. No one serve at counter and table non clean up even wait more than 5min , although we see the guys, finally we did ourselves…

Location is okay, not very near to Ipoh town, around 15 to 20 mins to Ipoh Town. Room and bathroom normal.
