Consider it only if you are very tight on your budget and can’t afford anything more than $25 per single bed room.
The room I took has all facilities states - very true.
It has Air Con - in a room of 2x2m it would be blowing right to your head. In cooling mode that’s not just comfortable, but risky. In fan mode, for the room with no access of fresh air and and unmaintained filters it makes not comfortable to stay: bad smell l, no cooling.
Just be prepared to fight against sweat for half a night. Then have a nice sleep for the rest of it.
But think twice before booking in such cheap hotels, even they are very close to KL Sentral.

The location is considered convenient easy to access to transportation and malls. But if you follow Apple map or Google map, you will misguide so the best way is to call the service desk to guide you. The room I get is old, overall is clean enough, but the facility is old. For example, my water heater knob will fall off if I switch on for water, I end up need to fix it myself because I’m in a rush for appointment. The aircond is noisy and I end up turn it off because I can’t sleep with that noise. Painting in the room is not neat but that’s not a big deal. The wifi connection is weak as is the same password that been shared to the whole building. I try to call the staff to restart but is still the same. Couldn’t work or download documents. However the staff is friendly and helpful. Will I book again? Probably not.
