The location was great, 1 minute from a metro stop and close enough to major attractions. Shops and restaurants are all around too.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were a good size, however, the power didn't work for our 2nd night but we were moved to another room quite quickly and all was well.

The shower head in the first room leaked but we removed the head and used it as a hose so it was fine but the A/C did leak quite a bit.

One girl on reception seemed quite annoyed that anybody was there to be honest, i don't know why, it didn't feel very hospitable, but she did her job I guess.

All in all,it was a good place, secure, safe, clean and in a good location.

The hotel is right outside the subway station, with a McDonald's downstairs and a KFC, Watsons, and 24-hour convenience store directly across the street. You can easily walk to the food stalls near Petaling Street. Given Kuala Lumpur's complex transportation system, the hotel's central and well-connected location offers excellent value for money.

It’s my second time stay here.

We stayed here for 5d4n. First, they clean our room literally every day, chage the towel, amenities and water bottle too. It’s good cause we can sleep in a clean room.
The staff was so kind.

The location is best, in front of LRT masjid jamek. Best for budget traveler. They have a nice rooftop too

Everything is good but the shower head need to be changed because the water flow is weak

The location is just nice, mcd is downstairs next to the hotel, the room is enough for two, bed is soft, will visit again!

Big M Hotel is a solid stay right in the middle of Kuala Lumpur. If location is your top priority, this place really delivers. It’s literally next to Masjid Jamek LRT, so getting around the city is super easy, and you can walk to Chinatown, Central Market, and Merdeka Square.

If your looking for decent burger with affordable price this is it. For me it is the best fast food burger chain in malaysia. Why dine with clown if your can dine with the king? Hehehe

The BBQ burger I had for lunch was absolutely delicious my first day there. I went back that night for lunch and they wouldn't accept my credit card (which I used during the day). I went back the next morning for breakfast at 845am and they were closed but the labeling on the door said they should have been open at 8am. I went somewhere else for breakfast. Again, came back at the same time I did the first day, placed my order and tried to use my card. They had me standing there for about 7 long minutes before telling me they couldn't use my credit card again.

Tables weren't clean when I ate there the first time, lines are always long and go slowly and dining area is always too full.

Ordered a double cheeseburger and six nuggets meal with coke fries and sweet n sour sauce guy told me no sweet n sour so had ketchup guy gave me double cheeseburger six nuggets two cokes three pairs of chips but still satisfied with the meal that's why I gave it three stars

Authentic Indian 100% Veg Restaurant. Surprised with the Only Veg Restaurant offering Jain Thali. Had a Breakfast with Indian Filter Coffee... Simply superb... Prices are just peanuts for their Quality, Taste & Air con Facility. Very Lively place at the Heart of KL... Recommended for any Tourist

An Indian restaurant with quality and decent tasting food at just right price.. it is a normal budget restaurant, with not so great ambience, but place was kept tidy. I had ordered a meals and masala tea, both were good.
