I can't say enough good things about this hotel! The service was impeccable, from the friendly staff to the attentive housekeeping team. The rooms were immaculate and had all the modern amenities you could want. The food at the on-site restaurant was truly exceptional, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The location was also ideal for exploring the city, with plenty of attractions within walking distance. Will definitely be back and would recommend this hotel to anyone! 5/5 stars✨

Quietly enjoy the night view, letting the hustle and bustle fade to zero; slowly drink a glass of milk, letting busyness fade to zero; erase painful memories, letting stress fade to zero. At night, blessings upgrade, worries fade to zero. Good night, sweet dreams.

At the price, the hotel can be called an average one for the backpackers. But don't expect too much.
The rooms, although clean, may be not exactly large and there does seem to be some neglect in certain areas along with facilities that are bygone in their standard.
The service could have been better, and this is especially disappointing considering the noise filtering through the seams-they say you can hear every word from a guest in the hallway.
On the positive side, a lot of eateries and several convenience stores are nearby.
The check-in was brief and rapid; the hassle arrived when waiting for keys to the room that went missing was counted as a delay in check-in.
It would work for a short term, though improvements with comfort, upkeep, and attention to detail would make it a better stay.

The room had no windows. The room was clean. But there was only one outlet. If you just want to sleep, it's clean and fine. However, my room is in a dead end, so if there was a fire, it would be a tough situation.

There is free parking here, the front desk staff is very friendly, the accommodation is average, and it is convenient for my meeting.

Poor order management. Only 1 counter & the queue stretched until the door. Very incompetent staff. Encountered a very very rude staff at the drive-thru collection counter.

Parking can be hard to find to dine in but drive thru lines can be pretty decent. Not a bad outlet for Mcdonalds.

Service are average, they got digital number board but still calling for the number. Just click ur digital board and we can know its our turn to collect our food. Lastly, its sharing toilet with shell petrol station. If its close u need to find nearest toilet bcause that petrol station doesnt operate for 24h but McDonald's are! My worst experience ever, im running to mamak restaurant just to pee.
