Very bad experience, it is not kids and family friendly. The balcony doors don’t have proper locks (kids 2-3 Yrs old can open it by using handle) and dangerous if you have young kids. The same for main door.

We asked them to shift us to lower floor but they denied the request by saying it was fully booked.

I expected it to be family friendly resort and safe for kids but it is not.

The pool area is not well maintained.

Peace and quiet place. Really need to close the windows else will see ladybugs in the room. The pool is worth the visit!

Pros : The AV system is ok. The room, facilities and grounds were nice and quiet. The greenery and surrounding areas is beautiful. It does however,have a rundown vibe, but it doesn't bother me or my clients much, most of us were comfortable and slept well. I like the pillows very much.

Cons : For the price, comparatively to other hotels in the area, at the same price, the Food, and service certainly didn't meet my expectations.
