I booked three rooms for a one-night stay during the Raya holiday. The hotel has three pools, but two were under renovation. The room itself was acceptable, but my room, where the bed and the bathroom were dusty.
Each room comes with a bathtub, but the shampoo and toiletries are fixed inside the bathroom. This made it inconvenient, as you have to keep going in and out to use them. In the end, I decided not to use the bathtub because I was worried the floor might be too slippery.
There was also no room service, even though I contacted them via WhatsApp.
Overall, I paid RM500 per room for one night, and based on this experience, I don’t feel it was worth the price. The only highlight was the massage service, which was excellent and reasonably priced.

My stay was quite disappointing. The internet was not working in the room throughout my stay, I had two use hotspot. I booked for two nights and was given two key cards at check-in, but both stopped working on the second day, which was very inconvenient.
Also, the help desk was not helpful when contacted. The room cleanliness was also below expectations, with debris falling from the ceiling onto the bed.
Overall, I would rate this experience 1 star.

Tv ada 1 siaran sahaja , tv 2 , suara tak ada .
Lepas 15minit , gambar terus hilang sampai lah esok nya nak check out.

Belah kanan tersumbat air bertakung
Air sinki boleh jadi air halus sangat keluar nya.
Tak laju pun air sinki.

Hmm, taking around 30mins waiting for checkin, no clear instruction to queue, halfway asked to queue into one line beside the counter which causing some cut queue issue. Not sure why it took 30mins for pricessing the checkin of 2-3people infront with 2 checkin counter available.
Can see some ants on the bed and hear mouse squeaking inside the room.
Overall to improve the checkin process and room's cleaniless. Other than that is ok.

The room cleanliness can be upgraded. But my overall stay was very nice. Staff were very excellent. We ve tried the karaoke room. Not bad for a makeshift room! The lunch set also very delicious! Definitely will come again!

Avillion is my go to stay every time when I go to PDickson. The room was clean, the staff were welcoming. Thank you Avillion. I had a great time. Will recommend Avillion to my colleagues.
