A budget hotel at a reasonable price from RM60 and above. Room space, for comfort wise fits two person at a time. Tv, aircond, water heater available. Water boiler, by request. Have a nice day! :)

I had to stay here for one night. The room is clean, but I believe the air conditioner needs maintenance as the it doesn't really reduce the heat in the room.

The TV is working, but only 1 out 2 electrical outlets are functional. Nothing much to say about the room.

However, the pricing is pretty good in comparison to other nearby or downtown hotels.

Very bad condition of the hotel , check in but didn't check the water later found out water pressure to low and ask to change room, check for 3 room same problem, finally got the room with better water pressure.... And unfortunately didn't able sleep cos got bite and very itchy, at first didn't know what , but really can't stand and check it out found many small insect or ants bitten me.... This owner of the hotel not really wanted any biz so he won't try to maintain the condition of the hotel... Good luck to those who stay there....👎👎👎👎👎👎

Super budget hotel, not that close to the city centre of seremban. The room is quite small with no cupboards, just a bed and a table and chair. Okay for a work trip maybe, but in my opinion it's not for leisure. Undeniably cheap, could improve on the service given by the receptionist.

-the staff was friendly.
-rooms condition its okay though for me as a travellers.
-there had a cockroaches creep at the tables n the beds.
-receptions give me 2 small towel.wanna take a shower then just saw 1 of the towel was torn.
-water heater pipelines a bit leaking.but still can take a shower enough.
-wifi conditions a bit disappointed in the hotels if wanna doing some works.

Affordable hotel. Suitable for sleep only. Friendly staff. But maintenance is worst, unusable coffee machine. Some room Aircond fin missing, not enough cooling. Hope this hotel management will look forward.
