What a fabulous resort. We have been to the Maldives twice before and this resort is our favourite. A lovely intimate feel to it and great food and drink but it was the staff that really set it apart. They couldn’t do more for you and had a genuine passion and interest in our needs as a family. We never once got to see the vast amount of moving parts that enables this resort to deliver the dream holiday that we desired and was delivered on every level. We stayed here in 2016, it was a very good island, we decided to return this year. It has had a lot of changes that really add to this resort. The restaurants and the food on offer are first class and cater for all world tastes. The island is really clean and well run, with cleaned sandy beaches, great diving and boat trips.

It was my first time going to the Maldives. Of the many hotels available, we chose Outrigger because the house reef was beautiful, it had a bathtub, and it had a pool. We stayed for 6 days. The hotel is nice but a bit dated. The snorkeling area is excellent; you see lots of fish, rays, and small sharks. However, I don't think it's a 5-star hotel. Before this one, I stayed at the Melia Hotel, which is also a 5-star hotel but far superior in every way (accommodation, food, etc.). The all-inclusive at this hotel is very limited. There's not much choice in drinks, and only one restaurant...

The sea and nature are magnificent! The ocean and beaches were exceptionally beautiful. The hotel is generally satisfying – rooms are clean, and the staff is helpful. It's wise to get the all-inclusive package; some basic water activities are included, so there were no extra costs.

This resort is very perfect. The food provided are absolutely amazing. All the staff are very polite and kind to us always. Liz helped us a lot when we have questions to ask and she made sure we had a very pleasant experience in Dhigufaru.

The mosquitoes are terrible. I got 5 bites in the toilet last time. The design is OK. The service attitude is good, but the management is not good. The electric car can only be picked up by its own butler, which is very inconvenient.
