Having travelled all over the world, I can honestly say that Constance Halaveli has set a new benchmark for what true hospitality means. The service, care, and attention to detail were simply beyond anything we’ve ever experienced. Halfway through our stay, we did something we’ve never done before — we rebooked to return in just four months’ time. That’s how incredible it was. Every single moment felt effortless and beautifully thought through. From the warm welcome to the seamless departure, the entire experience was pure perfection. The food was outstanding — every meal felt crafted with passion and precision. Chef Siddiq deserves special mention for his incredible skill and genuine warmth, creating dishes that were consistently exceptional. The team of waiters and sommeliers were also outstanding, anticipating every need and delivering service with professionalism and kindness that elevated every dining experience. There are so many amazing people to thank that it’s impossible to name them all, but we must mention Rasheed, Nishan, Bandara, Molly, and Wayne, who truly went above and beyond every single day. Their kindness, attention, and energy made us feel not just like guests, but like family. One afternoon, we even challenged ourselves to find something that could be improved — and we couldn’t think of a single thing. And we’re fussy travellers! The care, the smiles, the genuine warmth — it’s something you can’t fake, and it’s what makes this place so special. We even got emotional when we left — that’s how deeply it touched us. Constance Halaveli isn’t just a resort; it’s a place that captures your heart. We feel like we’ve made friends for life, and we absolutely cannot wait to return for our next visit. If you’re considering coming here — stop thinking and just book it. It will be one of the best decisions you ever make.

An absolute pleasure to spend a week on this outstanding resort, on a wonderful small island, with an amazing friendly and helpful staff and the best all inclusive package we could have wished for. A place to return to.

Our stay at Constance Halaveli was exceptional. The island is stunning, but it’s the staff who made it memorable. The villa was beautiful, food delicious, and every need was promptly met. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an unforgettable experience.

Jay is amazing guy who gave us a great experience for honeymoon. Weather was not good for few days but he made our best day because of his surprised events and take photos with flowers. Also sommeliers in Constance Halaveli are amazing and finest wine suggestion of each meal. I hope to visit here again.

I shocked to see how the staff was so kind! In every breakfast, every dinner we were recognised by them. Chefs do know what we are to say. Waiters do know our choose of drinks before we order. That’s so comforting. Every person we met felt like a friend. Special thanks to Waheed, Jo, Adamino and Dr Simon. As a muslim couple we experienced home like luxury. I definetely recommend it.

The hotel environment was nice,

but what made me very uncomfortable was the discriminatory treatment of guests. They were especially hospitable to European and American guests. If I were choosing an island, I wouldn't go there again. You can also check out other comparisons.

It's an amazing hotel, calm and hospitable. I'd love to recommend this lovely island to all my friends. It was a fantastic experience; it would be even better if there were more Chinese restaurants on the island.

We have returned to our paradise – Constance Halaveli – for the third time and again we were extremely satisfied. This resort is synonymous with perfection for us, Constance Halaveli has everything we dream of from a holiday. We stayed in a water villa again – privacy, cleanliness, luxury and a view of the endless ocean are an experience that cannot be described. The resort staff is absolutely exceptional. It is not just about professional approach, but about humanity and sincere interest. We really enjoy talking to them, Gasim, Shinoon, Malith... you are simply amazing and make our stay unforgettable. And the manager Sameera? He is top – his approach, care and willingness to solve every little thing with a smile. And we bought beautiful pieces from the boutique again and were happy to meet our friend (I didn't remember your name, sorry my friend). And the food? Brutally good! The gastronomy at Halaveli is world-class. Every meal is a perfect experience for the taste buds – from the sunrise breakfast, to the fresh seafood, to the evening gourmet menu. Besides the setting and the ocean, the excellent cuisine is one of the main reasons why we keep coming back here :-) Halaveli is a place where we feel like we are among friends.
