A very good hotel in a great location. The island is a beautiful place, a paradise, you could say. The bungalows are very well-maintained, right on the beach, the atmosphere is quiet, and the facilities are excellent, including bars and restaurants. Communication before arrival was good. However, shared transfer wait time was much longer than promised upon arrival (120 mins vs. 60 mins) which needs improvement. Food variety at Courtyard was limited with repetitive daily menus. Snorkelling equipment had to be returned by 5pm the day before checkout.
