To spend my birthday & also anniversary celebration here! I love Veligandu 😍 thanks our lifestyle host Julia - little tiny Morocco girl. She will fulfill whatever I need ! so warm and loved and also thank you our house keeping uncle - Mahmood decorated our room so sweet! And also the restaurant staff Abdullah - he is very knowledgeable and attentive. So nice to see him everyday When we have breakfast and dinner there and he will always recommend a lot of the nice food to us. And make us feel so good 😊

We have just returned from a relaxing and enjoyable holiday at Veligandu, leaving us with wonderful memories. The entire stay was outstanding—the environment, dining, and water activities were all highly satisfying. A special mention must go to Julia. Our stay at Veligandu was nothing short of extraordinary. This island is truly a place where everything just feels right — from the incredibly comfortable bedding to the outstanding food, thoughtful entertainment, and the overall intimate and peaceful atmosphere. She supported us with every request, always proactive and genuinely committed to making our stay unforgettable. We also want to highlight the fantastic team at Ocean Dive — Kahled, Stefi, Ali, and the rest of the crew. They spoiled us with excellent service during all our dives and made every underwater moment memorable. The SPA Centre deserves its own praise. The Balinese massages were pure relaxation and healing — truly some of the best we’ve ever experienced. For us, Veligandu is the best island we’ve visited so far. Our stay at Veligandu Island Resort & Spa was simply phenomenal. The location — a private island in the Maldives — was absolutely idyllic: crystal-clear turquoise waters, white sandy beaches, and stunning ocean views made it feel like paradise. The atmosphere was incredibly peaceful and romantic, perfect for a honeymoon, with a gentle sea breeze, soothing sunsets, and a tranquil vibe that immediately put us at ease. The rooms were luxurious and beautifully designed — spacious, immaculately clean, and very comfortable, with all the little touches that made staying there special. The value for what we received was excellent; considering the quality of everything, it felt like great bang for our money. Cleanliness throughout the resort was top-notch — from our villa to the common areas and beach, everything was spotless and well maintained. Despite being on a beautiful, popular island resort, the noise level was remarkably low — very little disturbance even during busy hours, which allowed us to relax fully and enjoy private, quiet moments. The service was outstanding: the staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help, often anticipating our needs before we even expressed them. Finally, the amenities — from snorkeling gear and water-sports options to spa treatments, dining, and beach loungers — were all excellent and added so much convenience and enjoyment to our stay. Overall, every aspect of the resort — location, atmosphere, rooms, value, cleanliness, noise level, service and amenities — came together perfectly. It truly was an unforgettable stay, and we couldn’t have asked for anything better.

We just spent 6 wonderful days at Veligandu Resort. We went with the All Inclusive package and glad that we did! Don’t know where to start, the excellent service, delicious food, beautiful beach, awesome snorkeling, large comfortable rooms!!!

This is our third visit to Veligandu , each time has been even more magical than the last. This island keeps getting better and better ! The recent renovations have clearly elevated veligandu into the luxury category. Everything from the food to the accommodation, the beauty of the island to the friendliest staff will leave a lasting impression and leave you wanting to return again and again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Sunset Water Villas are okay, but the waves are quite strong, making snorkeling dizzy. You should definitely go towards the sunrise for snorkeling.

The food is okay, but the variety isn't great.

Environment: It's OK, pretty good
