Wow, wow how to describe this amazing place. I expected the holiday to be magical but it was so much more. The resort's setting was incredible. The villa was glorious, spacious and very tranquil. Room service was top notch. Every member of staff was exceptional, caring and constantly looking out for you and ensuring everything wS just what you wanted. The entertainment was great and the food was sublime. Every day you could have something different. A complete joy!

For someone who struggles to switch off, i found it very peaceful and I could truly relax and forget everything else.
Even though there were quite a few people on the island, the layout of the beach villas made it feel like it was just us. We managed to see dolphins swim by the island a few days, which was amazing.
The staff are exceptional, and everything happens smoothly and precisely. Everyone is chatty, friendly and welcoming.
Service was impeccable, the food was good and generous in terms of options.
I struggle with names but the restaurant team was amazing - Asmita, Rita, Shayan and Imran among the chefs and others, we are grateful to them for taking great care of us and always up for a chat!
I cannot point out a fault, it is paradise!
Our island host was Thathi, who was always on hand and responsive. He gave us a very warm welcome along with the other staff, and gave us advice throughout our stay.

Summer's Chinese-speaking butler service was excellent in arranging the room. The lagoon view was stunning, but the waves were a bit large, especially around the water villas, making snorkeling impossible. Room service was provided twice daily, and although it wasn't all-inclusive, at least six bottles of water were provided, which was very thoughtful. However, the food at Welldon was really mediocre—expensive, slow, and not very tasty. The pizzas and pasta at Spice were alright, though.

The snorkeling was excellent; at snorkeling spot number 1, you could see fish everywhere just by nodding your head. It was also very beginner-friendly, and the trench was nearby. The food was so-so; I didn't really like it. However, we received a complimentary dolphin watching tour, and we caught so many dolphins! We also went sea fishing and caught a huge grouper, which we could have cooked for free at the restaurant! Overall, I was quite satisfied.

We chose a two-night sand bungalow experience. The next day, when we checked out of the water bungalow, we were about to go out to see manta rays and whale sharks, so we decided not to check out and instead pay the difference to stay in a water bungalow, as the view was truly stunning. Unexpectedly, the hotel manager sent us a price difference that was more than double the official price. I bargained, but they ultimately asked for a few hundred more. Although it wasn't much more, I figured they were trying to take advantage of us, and since we had already packed our bags before receiving the final price difference, we stayed with the sand bungalow. Since there were still some water bungalows available that day, paying the difference was a win-win for both the hotel and the guests. After returning from our afternoon trip, our luggage was delivered to us. The sand bungalows weren't as nice as the water bungalows, but they were close to the snorkeling spot, allowing us to dip into the ocean just a few meters from our doorstep. The outdoor shower was also a pleasant touch. We caught a few fish, which the buffet restaurant cooked for free. We had so much we couldn't finish it all, so we only ordered one. The food was a little slow to arrive, as we were in a hurry to leave the island, so the system might not have processed our order by the time we checked out. We were able to waive the lunch fee, which was a nice touch.
