Acqua Blu Hotel in Rasdhoo

Amazing hotel with great hosts! Ameen was very friendly and helpful with arranging our stay, the breakfast was so so good and the room was clean and well equipped. He and Alu took us to great diving spots with lots of mantas, turtles and sharks. The service was truly exceptional. The only thing that could be improved in the future was the wifi connection in the room, but this is a minor recommendation. I would come again without any doubt!

The hotel is amazing, super well located, very close to Bikini Beach, and the staff are incredibly kind — always friendly and smiling. They have beach towels ready for you whenever you need them, and an upstairs terrace area where you can hang your clothes or just hang out in the evening. There are also several tables near the entrance where you can relax or chat with other travelers. Filtered water available all day and coffee 24/7. What more could you ask for? The rooms are spacious, clean, and very cozy. I truly recommend it.

Amazing stay & genuine Maldivian hospitality

We stayed at Acqua Blu Rasdhoo from **3–7 January 2025 with our family of four, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived on the island, Roohol Ameen, the manager, personally picked us up and welcomed us with open arms and a genuine smile. His hospitality, care, and attention never faded throughout our stay.

The cook, Nazmul was equally wonderful—always kind, helpful, and thoughtful. He even went out of his way to cook us freshly caught **local grouper**, one of the most delicious fish in the Maldives, caught by Ameen’s father, Mohammed, the island’s most experienced fisherman. A truly special and authentic experience!

We were looked after incredibly well and felt more like guests in a home than customers in a guesthouse. If you love the sun, sea, beach, and building genuine connections with locals, I highly recommend Acqua Blu Rasdhoo.

I was very satisfied with my short stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Ameen who manage this place. The place is very convenient, just a few minutes walk from the beach. I joined their snorkeling activities and the guide was perfect! Thanks to him, I was able to swim with turtles, eagle rays and a lot of fish! I highly recommend Acqua Blue.

My experience here has been really great. The staff in the guest rooms are polite and enthusiastic. There are many beautiful sceneries on and around the island. You can also play sports like football or water volleyball with the locals here. I had a very good experience.The details of the guest room I stayed in and the hotel breakfast are attached in the picture.

I have no words to explain how good it was to find out this place and these people. Friendly, lovely and it feels like you came back to you native people, to you family. This place let you go where you want to go with maximum comfort. Clean room, delicious food, smiley, polite, helpful people.... I miss them all a lot. This vacation was one of the best in my life. If I had a choice, I would choose this place with no doubt. P.S.: VERY CLOSE to bikini beach, free wi-fi, FRESH juice every day, and PEOPLE who make you feel like home .....

Ameen is a very kind host. The hotel is beautiful, extremely clean, and with all the facilities one needs in an island in the Maldives. Pick up and transport of the luggage from the boat worked flawless. I had a problem with my ear which prevented me from being able to dive so I had to shorten my stay which I had already paid for. Ameen was very kind and refunded me for the days I was not going to stay. Extremely kind! 5 stars

The staff in this hotel was one of the most friendliest we have ever experienced. They helped us with everything we wanted to know and do. They had 2 very cute cats there and one was pregnant. The food was delicious and our room was very nice and tidy. We could borrow their snorkeling equipment for free. Would recommend it 1000%!! ＜3
