I’m not sure I want everyone to know just how idyllic and special this place is! From our arrival in the seaplane to the kindness and knowledge of all the staff we have spoken to, Reethi Faru really is a slice of heaven

Nothing is too much trouble, this is a resort that goes above and beyond for all of its guests. The food is incredible, the island is spotless and the swimming and snorkelling is divine

We were here for Halloween and the buffet was superb! The chefs here are world class and some of the creations we saw that night will stay with us always

A Sanctuary for Peace What I appreciated most was how the resort caters to both physical and spiritual well-being. They have a beautifully maintained mosque on the island, which is very serene, clean and well-kept

The resort provides a dedicated luxury speedboat that picks you up and drops you off directly at the airport. It takes away all the stress of travel logistics. The island itself is incredibly well-maintained

We stayed in a Deluxe Ocean Pool Villa, which was spacious, luxurious, and perfect for our family. The staff were warm, attentive, and very professional, making our stay truly comfortable

The island is quite big and there are small cars for people to cross, but sometimes it was very difficult to find them, it was better to use bicycles for crossing. Special thanks to John, the employee at the reception 👍🏼

Only two things were a little annoying: firstly, beverage service was seriously slow in almost all the restaurants; you only got your drink after you finished your meal

Travel logistics and communication We understood beforehand that the island is one of the furthest from Malé International Airport. However, our flight landed at 12:15 p. and we only arrived at the island at 6:30 p

When we arrived at the new villa, our luggage had not yet arrived and there were no towels available, which created more waiting. We were not in a rush, but smoother coordination would have improved the experience

Especially on a honeymoon, guests ideally shouldn’t need to manage logistics themselves. - On the day of the room change, the transfer time moved from 10:00 to 12:00, which was perfectly fine

We expected the hotel to proactively coordinate the move, but we needed to initiate contact ourselves, and some details were initially arranged incorrectly, requiring further clarification

While this is not the hotel’s fault, clearer advance communication about realistic transfer timelines would help guests mentally prepare for arrival day and set expectations accordingly

For almost two days, he personally drove us around the island in a buggy, showed us different restaurants, and shared valuable information about the resort and the Maldives

My family & I spent 4 days in Hard Rock Maldives, the hotel is very near to Velana Airport, only 20 mins speedboat to there

The hotel is connected by a bridge to The Marina @ CROSSROADS Maldives, a charming area with shops, bars, restaurants, and a yacht harbor atmosphere. This is where the boat transfer arrives

Stayed here for one night as I travelled further to Fuvahmulah the next day (alone). Arrived around 11:00 at the resort, my room was ready at 13:30 but I could already freshen up at the shower rooms

Rooms are amazing, beautiful views, very friendly staff, Oumaima took care of me at the arrival and departure the next day. The food is also very tasty, the buffet and desserts exceeded my expectations

The spa is excellent as well—especially the massage by Ladda, who did a fantastic job. Another advantage is that the resort is very close to the airport, making it ideal for a short transit stay

I recommend the coconut milkshake at the bar! The speedboat only takes 5-10 minutes, is right at the airport and the staff planned my departure time with the shared speedboat just right

The resort is very beautiful and features many lovely details, such as an orchid garden. The beach is wonderful, offering plenty of privacy and stunning, clear water

We booked Deluxe Beach Villa with Full Board meal plan. However, upon arrival, we decided to upgrade our meal plan to All Inclusive package, and Mr. Aiham, Reservation Agent is very helpful to get it done fast

We spent most of the time in the hotel club, with billiards, table tennis, tennis, and football tables. Children can also arrange one-on-one painting, and they need to pay cash for $50 each time

Baa Atoll is already one of the world’s most pristine ecological reserves, and the resort’s blue holes and sandbanks are simply addictive. We could visit them several times a day and still never get enough

It's understandable that they have different habits. We gave out more than 50 US dollars in tips in 6 days and 5 nights. You still have to bring some extra 1 dollar in change when you go out

At any moment, you’ll find different kinds of fish swimming freely around you. Beyond the beauty and the facilities, what truly makes Vakkaru unforgettable is the people

Provide the hotel with flight information in advance. Everything was arranged well from the airport pick-up. The hotel has a special waiting lounge at the seaplane airport, with biscuits and soft drinks

Special thanks to layaan who was an apprentice in the anchorage restaurant, he spoke really good english was very helpful and easy to speak to. He was really friendly and remained very professional throughout our stay

Went for a vacation with 3 years old toddler. The location was perfect, near to the main island, not much of a hassle. Options for Indian vegetarian was good, shout out to Masala Hut & Feast restaurant team

We recommend that guests from Türkiye choose to have dinner at Anchorage. They have restaurants very similar to our own cuisine. Breakfast at Feast is very good

Megan and a few others, who went above and beyond to resolve a minor incident during our stay. Their approach was calm, respectful, and solution-focused, which left a very positive impression

Beaches were great and island cottage with plunge pool next to beach was just amazing. They took care of everything, pickup, drop & even helped in packing food for my kid during checkout

The staff are exceptionally friendly, professional, and always helpful, which really makes the stay memorable and comfortable from start to finish. That said, there are a few areas that could be improved

Our room attendant, Abhishek, kept our villa spotless and surprised us with beautiful decorations for our anniversary night. The RAAYA plan allowed us to dine at each of the specialty restaurants once during our stay

All three venues were nicely presented, and while the food quality was average, we appreciated the effort the chefs and staff put into every meal. For other meals, the buffet was the main option

When we initially tried to book the specialty restaurants, we were told they were fully booked, which caused some stress. Fortunately, Nadie managed to arrange all three reservations for us

The buffet restaurant appeared understaffed at times—drink orders occasionally needed to be repeated, and the staff seemed to be working at full capacity

It became slightly repetitive toward the end, so more variety would be welcome, especially for longer stays. Seb’s Shack offered a nice change of pace with its selection of snacks and light bites

However, it would be helpful if this information were communicated at the time of booking, as guests should not have to worry about availability after paying for their stay

  🚤 Location & Arrival One of the biggest perks is the 15-minute speedboat ride from Velana International Airport. After a long flight, being at the resort and checked in within 30 minutes is a luxury in itself

The sunset views from the Marina pier are some of the best on the island. Hilton Honors: If you have status, the perks here (like breakfast or room upgrades) are well-recognized as it’s part of the Curio Collection

Probably the most spacious accommodation we have stayed in with our own plunge pool. If I had to be slightly critical , I would say that things are a little tired in places , however it weirdly adds to the charm

The food in the main restaurant is also exceptional. There is a different theme every evening with countless live cooking stations. The selection and quality leave nothing to be desired

White sand beaches, turquoise blue sea and so many tropical fish, it really is paradise. Location Travelling to hideaway is around 1 hour and 15 mins in a sea plane , when arriving for your transfer in Male

The front yard has a relaxing courtyard, while the back yard features an open-air soaking tub and shower. The buffet breakfast, dinner, and lunch are delicious! There's also a bar with juices and food available anytime

The best part is the white sand beach under the moonlight—it's so tranquil it feels like stepping into a sci-fi alien world. Snorkeling on the coral reefs during the day is quite good, with plenty of marine life

The swimming pool is fantastic! 👍 However, the seaplane arranged by the butler was a bit late when we left, and we almost missed our connecting flight. Overall, I was very satisfied!

This is a stunning island resort. The rooms are spacious and large, the bedding is impeccably clean, and there are no mosquitoes

This time, it was a 8 days stay in October 2025. The property is very nice, there are 5 restaurants including the main buffet. We had a premium all inclusive plan. The food was good in all the restaurants we tried

We found out that not all restaurants are part of the all inclusive package, the seafood restaurant is not part of the plan and the prices are on the upper scale, probably 100$ pp for a 3 dish order

Kuredhivaru is a complete experience from the moment you arrive at Malé Airport until you board your flight back home. From the very beginning, the welcome is warm and beautifully organized

I stayed here for 6 days this time. The entire staff on the island provided excellent service, and the dining was superb. They even have a Chinese-speaking butler

② The dive center flag is hung on the inside, making it invisible from the outside. I suggest moving it to the outer side so guests dining at Onu can easily see if it's suitable for snorkeling that day

The dive centre team were all so helpful and friendly especially Anna and Seb. Our host Auvaan was courteous, friendly and helpful. The food on the resort was very good with a nice selection

Suggestions: ① There are limited art activities available for adults; besides coffee latte art, there's nothing else. Perhaps consider offering painting classes that adults can join

We have just returned from an amazing holiday. Our room was just stunning, clean and comfortable. We loved the dive centre and snorkeled many times during our stay

The business lounge at Cora in Malé is very weak and located in an old building, whereas other hotels' business lounges are in the new terminal, which is much more pleasant, and this matters since seaplane waiting times can be 2-3 hours

All the staff were extremely friendly, and there was a great variety of dining options. The management team runs the resort with genuine care and heart. It was a wonderful stay and a truly memorable experience.

I found the pool area gorgeous with the restaurant next to it, the best place to take stunning sunset pictures in my opinion ! I would love to come back again and want to thank the lovely staff to have made our stay memorable

And how can I forget the people who made sure my glass was never empty! Mr. Kasun from Sri Lanka served my favourite drinks throughout the stay and always did it with a big smile

The Sunset Water Villas are okay, but the waves are quite strong, making snorkeling dizzy. You should definitely go towards the sunrise for snorkeling. The food is okay, but the variety isn't great.

The beach villa, ocean villa , spa, skybar, restaurants , all the locations are breathtaking. Food was exceptional and top notch. Breakfast spread can be a bit more, it felt very basic as compared to Other food options

Special mention to the staff, every restaurant had super friendly and accommodating staff. AJ from Raloo, went above and beyond to make sure we had good dining experience in our last dinner at the resort

We had one of the most amazing experience at Heritance Aarah. Everything from the room, food and hospitality were top notch. We were able to try new food for every meal during our stay

Our stay at Heritance Aarah Maldives was magical. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was thoughtfully curated, seamless, and truly luxurious

The island is beautiful, it is a place made for rest and relaxation, but even the more active guests will be satisfied here. The whole stay was a fantastic experience for us

We did experience some issues with this but our main contact resolved this for us during our stay and in fact although there is no house reef we have never experienced seeing turtles so close to the beach (which with children was great as so safe as we didn’t have to go out too far and too deep)

Coinciding with Chinese New Year, they thoughtfully organized a Year of the Horse themed Spring Festival party specifically for the dozen or so Chinese guests staying on the island – it was truly a very thoughtful touch!
