Hotels with beach in Maldives

Most of the Spanish tourists—there are many on the island—go to centers run by Spaniards. We went to those too, but we didn't like them. more expensive, different, and very crowded. Thanks, Coralville, wonderful Rasdhoo!

We were two couples, the location was perfect, the rooms with simple, comfortable, and clean bathrooms had air conditioning and a fan, and the service was friendly and welcoming

For scuba diving and snorkeling, we recommend Acqua Adventure; the staff are locals, super professional, and take great care of you

We recommend booking your round-trip transfer to Malé with them. The underwater scenery was breathtaking, the best part

There is not enough sitting place for all rooms, we had to change with other guests (8 chairs for all the guests). I dont say that is a bad guest house, if you want to go very  BUDGET, it is a good choice

At first I want to write that this was a cheapest hotel on the whole Maldives. In this context the quality equals the price. on the web look like much better than reality. Guest house is a little rusty

We were lucky to wake up to the sunrise directly outside our balcony on the beach which was very special. All staff we interacted with were very friendly, warm, attentive and kind

Particularly a staff member we spoke to every morning as he cleaned the beach was really friendly, we had a lovely conversation each day

Much better place with awesome view of Flora and fauna, service and hospitality is outstanding. Must try is the sting ray feeding And their grill restaurant where u can have grilled lobster and jumbo prawns

Maldives have been a dream destination for many, Taj coral reefs hit every notes perfectly and is within our budget. The entire staff has been exceptionally welcoming and a great host

The house reef is incredible, the best I have experienced that you can access direct from the beach - we enjoyed snorkelling everyday and saw an abundance of fish each time, and we had a wonderful dive experience where we were lucky to see turtles, eagle rays, bat fish, sharks, and rays, so that was a very special day for us

It was great as a couple on our first visit, but the recent shift to focus on families and welcome Kids has made this resort a repeat destination for our family. Highly recommend the all inclusive option!

The room is spacious and clean. The service here is personable and the quality of the food is consistently high. Our kids 12 and 8yo have loved the stay and we all had a great time

Our kids loved the complimentary mocktail making session where they were able to make their own mocktails, as well as the ice cream tasting activity where they got to try different flavours of ice cream and guess which flavours they were

We didn't get to see dolphins during our stay but apparently they will drop by sometimes. We saw sharks, turtles, jelly fish, puffer fish, anemone fish along with eels and squids to name a few

The workers are friendly on this island and they are proud of the fact that it's a living island. Every evening, there are sharks that can be seen from the arrival jetty

They are passionate about the marine life and we would bring our photos of turtles and marine life to show them so that they can help us identify them as well

Its actually an island that caters to all - groups, families and romantics. Loved the over the water villas, but think that the beach villa would be best for families

Very beautiful, the lagoon is nice and calm. All the restaurants we have are great, especially Koen and Wok Society! Services is the best. Everything is flawless!Lots of activities.

The service here was impeccable: friendly, prompt, and professional. We were delighted by the attentive butler service, and the restaurant's meals were delicious

The view from the room is nice, but the beach quality is too poor, there are many small shellfish, which can easily scratch your feet

I ordered a portion, and then the chef came out and explained that because the medium should not be difficult to cut, it must be their problem or the problem of the meat

In the evening, as the sun set, our entire boat returned home full of passengers. On the return trip, we enjoyed a seat on the rooftop, enjoying the starry sky

Specially the beach dinner I booked was arranged beautifully and managed effortlessly by the waiters and they even took such beautiful videos and pictures of us during that time and the food was also great

Stunning gardens and beaches, a breathtaking atmosphere, snorkeling with sea turtles and baby sharks. Last but not least, our thanks go to the hotel staff

The services offered are excellent, and the food at the various restaurants is equally delicious! We were lucky enough to stay there at the end of January, and there were very few people at the resort, so we were able to spend a lot of time alone, which allowed us to enjoy it even more

The resort was a premium experience and well maintained clean rooms and beaches were also so clean and the atmosphere was really pleasing and relaxing

Staff was really good, well mannered and really really helpful throughout our trip My experience for checkin and check out was really smooth and had no problem. Just one that maldivian currency was not accepted

The food and drinks were excellent and overseen by Roman and Chef Felix. We also went of the manta ray and whale shark excursions. In additional to being a great guide, Lynn made her photos available to the group

We had very high expectations and Mirihi Island delivered in every way. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly and the rooms clean and luxurious. The stand out for us was the house reef

Their reopening has been delayed a few times which also meant that we ended up staying for 3 nights at another small 5 star island resort with a wonderful house reef with a high focus on fine dining but we were missing the spirit and heart of Mirihi

We must admit we had been a bit apprehensive if Mirihi would remain the same after the renovation and the rebranding but from the moment we were transferred back to Mirihi, it felt like coming home

We spent our day with a great atmosphere. great room and all the ammenities. we are so happy that we choose this place. two thumbs up food from a great n kind chef n the crew

We feel so fortunate and happy that we have been able to make it to Mirihi again. We arrived as part of the very first guests on their first ‘soft' reopening day

All prices are announced without taxes, and then you get a pleasant surprise, and only when they billed you realized that the room bugs are paid, not a question of cost. It's just not nice when people hide

There are many reviews of the hotel online, but based on my personal experience, I highly recommend it. I booked four nights in the lagoon, and the hotel upgraded one night to the ocean suite

Both have their own unique charm. The lagoon's waters have richer colors, and you can watch the sunrise in the morning. The water is also shallower, so there are fewer fish, but baby sharks like to be active in this area

Finally, a suggestion for the hotel: the side of the water villa facing the ocean should have a clearly visible room number, because after snorkeling, you always have to look for your own room when you come back! 😅

There are many coral reefs and a great variety of fish; I even saw a sea turtle. The hotel service was excellent and very welcoming. Every day during meals, the restaurant manager or a waiter would chat with you

Huvafen Fushi is an exceptional private island getaway—luxurious, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. The island is incredibly clean and well-kept, with stunning views in every direction

Our family holiday in Laamu was absolutely wonderful! We were thoroughly impressed with the warm and attentive service, our villa was spotless and beautifully designed, and there were plenty of activities to enjoy

What an absolutely stunning resort. Food amazing Location the best. Each guest has 1 person to look after them for the duration like a butler. We had Faudi looking after us and nothing was a problem

The hotel has a large pool and a small artificial beach. The food at breakfast and dinner was good. The staff, especially during breakfast and dinner, were very friendly and helpful

It's a beach front hotel for people in transit or on a low budget and want beach front. Small hotels next door are similar and have small restaurant settings. Keep expectations low and be happy

Due to the situation in the Middle East, we were forced to stay longer in the Maldives. For the first two nights, we stayed at a four-star hotel in Malé, but it cannot be compared to this hotel

The hotel offers excellent service. Transportation to and from the airport is very well organized. The staff responds quickly to all requests at any time of day or night. I was pleased with the excellent service

This is an airport hotel. Business like, decent facilities but noisy. Poor breakfast. the "beach is closer to concrete than sand pool is good.

Located right next to the airport, with a shuttle bus just a 3-minute walk away, the service is excellent. The facilities are a bit old, but the breakfast is good. Ideal for waiting to transfer to a seaplane.

It’s really rare to find a hotel this magical. We had a beach villa with a pool and it felt like living in a photo

There are also many recreational activities on the island, and a medical clinic where my friend got medicine without paying—the doctor was so beautiful! I would definitely choose this island again for my next trip!

Staff had great personalities and stories to share and weren’t dry and devoid of personality. You felt good vibes here overall. I also interacted with other guests and they were affluent but cool and good fun too

We stayed at Four Seasons after and service felt scripted and hallow. Other guests were kinda soulless and rude to their families and to staff. So we missed JW which really felt like the perfect 10/10 stay

Really loved it! We stayed in a water villa with direct access to the sea. There are three restaurants, all very good, but I wasn't a fan of the Indian food – it just didn't hit the spot for me

We spent 8 nights out at Naldhu in late April 2026. We visit most years and we seem to always return. We usually go in October but our timing this year was a little different but the weather was just beautiful

We had clear skies, little wind and glassy seas for the entire visit, with the exception of the last day when the weather turned. Great time to go, we were able to east outside under the stars on the beach every night

The thing we really love about Naladhu is that at 75% capacity you can get around the island and rarely see the other guests, its a great place to totally relax and not have to worry about constantly bumping in to people

Samet the chef made special off menu meals for us and was happy to curate based on our appetite and mood. Hatim looked after us in the restaurant with enthusiasm all the time, always a smile and eager to please

We fell asleep each night to the sound of the waves, the ocean’s steady breath beside us, and woke up grateful that paradise truly exists

The most luxurious two week stay. Everything perfect, looked after by our great butler Addhu. We had the loveliest waiter Asim, nothing was too much trouble, always happy and friendly

We absolutely loved our trip to the Adaaran Water Villas. Right from day 1 our Butler Addhu made us feel welcome, was very attentive and happy to assist whenever needed

Myself and Louise have just returned from Adaaran Prestige Water Vilas, and from the out-set of our arrival to the beautiful island it was perfect in every way

The waitress Aani at the waterside restaurant was very polite and attentive, not to mention the food which was superb. Unais from housekeeping always made sure our room was spotless and kept to a high standard

Absolutely wonderful, very closed to the beach, friendly staff, ive got all my energy back , room is clean, breakfasts were good.

The room was incredibly spacious. Bikini Beach is literally right outside the door. We booked a triple room, and everything from the bed to the toilet and shower area was generously sized

1 day tour is a must to get in Maafushi Island. Bfast is decent but dont eat too much if you will be doing the sharkbay tour as you will be proned to seasick. 5 days travel to Maldives as a whole is a enough

Staff and excursion teams are very helpful, theybreally do their best to take care of you. Team Octopus(excursion team) really takes care of you and get you nice pictures and videos of the excursion

Having stayed at three different hotels on Fushi Island, I can confidently say this is the best option. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit

In particular, the hotel is very considerate in protecting the safety of tourists. There are lifeguards sitting on a high platform on the beach, always watching the sea

There is also a lifeguard on the lookout at the end of the water house, and the field of vision can cover most of the water sports area, ensuring that unskilled water kayaking, windsurfing and swimming tourists are accidentally swept away by the tide! Breakfast is good in all aspects

Among the more than 10 hotels I have stayed in, it is the only hotel that can rent windsurfing and various manual water sports equipment for free (I heard that the Jumeirah Hotel in the Maldives where I stayed 10 years ago has now been renamed another hotel)

Although the dining environment of Japanese food for dinner is good, I will definitely not order Japanese sashimi next time. I would rather bring a few more boxes of instant noodles

We had a fantastic stay at Pearl Sands of Maldives! The absolute highlight was the stunning beach—it truly is five-star quality with crystal-clear water, amazing snorkeling, and plenty of sunbeds for everyone

We had a wonderful stay at Pearl Sands in Huraa. The location is beautiful, right on a quiet beach with crystal clear water and we could even snorkel directly from the hotel’s beach

The rooms may be small, which I think is typical of all the local islands. The renovations are good, the breakfasts are decent, and the beach is close by. The water pressure is good, and drinking water is provided daily

We were provided with water and room tidying every day by a friendly gentleman from housekeeping. Towels were changed every other day. Breakfast was simple but tasty with about a four day cycle

The things that impressed me most though about the hotel was their willingness to ensure that you had everything you needed. The rooms were clean and comfortably appointed and the food was yummy

My hubby and I stayed at the Ari Grand for two weeks. Of course, the island was glorious and the sea life and water activities put smiles on everyone's faces

Overall this has been a great trip and I would really recommend this as a place to stay if you’re considering a trip to a local island in the Maldives

The speedboat to Dhangethi is also easy to find, and as soon as we got off the boat we were greeted by staff who were also so helpful and friendly

We ate the week really delicious a big compliment to the chef and Soonil! At the cocktail bar we could always end the evening comfortably, special thanks to Manir - he was always so attentive and so friendly! It was really a dream vacation

Makunudo island resort is quite a unique island resort, designed specifically if you want to keep away from artificial, super luxurious hotels and have a different experience

That means you just need to put a foot on the water and you'll have coral, fish, sharks, turtles, etc. No need to take any boats from the resort. Not found one member who wasn't happy to see you and happy to be there

Camaleons, birds, bats, and almost no mosquito! (They do a treatment every other day) Cons: - Food is not bad in quality, quite the contrary, however, there's not a huge variety to choose from, which may be an issue if you stay there for more than 7 days

Recently visited Makanoodu Island(October)and it was a wonderful experience! The island is a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life, surrounded by nature's beauty

If you value quietness, chill environment and most of all, plenty of marine life to observe just next to your room, thenbe ready because this island resort will 100% blow you away

My only criticism is that the wines on the all inclusive package were pretty ordinary, but the cocktails were so good that it didn't really matter. Thanks to all the staff for one of the best weeks of our lives!

The staff were amazing; very attentive and most made the effort to remember our names, favourite drinks, etc. The food was also fantastic, with a huge range of options

Limited villas makes the count of guest also limited. Very nice if you want to enjoy the privacy, nature and quiet vacation then best place to be. Spa is amazing and hydro pool is super cool

Amazing isolated peaceful and absolutely stunning. Staff were all amazing in particular Hittu who made our experience above and beyond with service.

Absolutely loved every minute of our honeymoon at the Outrigger Konotta. The island itself is beautiful, and our villa was large, clean and well appointed

We are happy that we decided to do in Outrigger Konotta our vacation! Everything was magnificent ,the ocean villa , the restaurants, the sand beach, the weather was very generous, the staff was 5 stars level ! Only smile and happiness was everywhere !
