Friendly staff and a spacious room. However, you need to be okay with raw concrete ceilings, cold neon lighting (even in the room!), and exposed electrical wires! The facilities were just average: both jacuzzis were closed and the sauna was out of order! We stayed here for three nights. Overall, the room was good. However, the ceiling was unusual — it had no finish or paint, just bare concrete. All basic amenities were provided. There was also a dry, dead cockroach that fell out of the cabinet near the ventilation hood. I did not see any live cockroaches, but this moment was unpleasant. Nice clean place good people in respection

The rooms were large and comfortable, with a separate bedroom. It was a huge plus that we could relax in peace and quiet without hearing the noise in the hallway. The breakfasts were excellent, with plenty of food and drinks to choose from. The location was very convenient. The view of the harbor and ports from the 11th floor was incredibly peaceful, especially when we had breakfast with that view...

I stayed in the park hotel winter 2017 and at the time there was no issues with hygiene. It's quite central in Sliema with some cheap restaurants nearby. I think at the time the hotel was classed as a four star but it was two at best. Did have a indoor pool and jacuzzi in 2017 which were good. Even a small gym inside which was decent to train in. Overall a lot has changed since but our stay was good

Stayed for 3 nights June 2019 Read a lot of negative reviews about this hotel, not sure why! Yes the place his a bit dated and probably could do with a touch of paint but my room was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities I needed. Didn't use the rooftop terrace or pool so can't comment on that, but for £50 a night with breakfast included I can't have any complaints! You get what you pay for...

We sat in this hotel for 4 nights over the Easter break. Overall, the room was average with clear signs of wear and tear. Our room was a three star room as opposed to four stars, as it was advertised. The breakfast was good with a wide selection of omlettes, cheese, salami and coffee. The staff was polite and always ready to help. The location is very good as well.

Good location. Close to public transport and restaurants. Breakfast was Fab, quite impressed actually. Composed of hot and cold dishes buffet style, with constant refills. Love this place.It is in a great location Marisa and all of her staff are so friendly and welcoming. The food is very good and the Restaurant Manager , a really nice Turkish Man called Berdan has done an amazing job in ensuring quality food and drinks are available at all times. I am here now and will certainly come back in March for more of this .

A nice boutique hotel which is ideally located near to buses and centre of St. Julian’s. Staff are excellent and accommodated our request for a room with a view.  Only downside was the noise from nearby building work and when residents came in late at night. The hallway noise carries.  All in all a good stay despite the rainy weather!

The room was very noisy and too hot, no AC during March month. The hotel offered us a new room but it was even hotter. Despite that service was really good but they couldn’t do anything about the AC. Breakfast was OK, everything else was good. location was perfect.

What a lovely hotel to spend a night in. The room for 4 was plenty big enough and the fridge was really welcome. Clean, tidy and uncluttered with a balcony and aircon. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Will absolutely be back next time we are in Malta.

Wonderful hotel! Excellent location, bus stop right next to the hotel. Mellieha Bay is 15 minutes away, and Sliema is 40 minutes by bus. The view from the window is stunning. The windows are perfectly clean. The hotel room is comfortable, and there's even a kitchen with a stove, microwave, and refrigerator. The breakfast is varied and delicious. We have stayed at the Park Lane so many times and we only want to express once more that we enjoyed our holiday there again. We had a 03-room this time, nicely furnished and with everything you need. Me and my fiancé stayed here for a week sat-sat and in all fairness for the price we paid it wasn’t as bad as I thought it was going to be, it was no 5 star but for the price it was affordable and cheap, it’s very close to a lot of things, bus station, pubs, supermarket etc. If your young and maybe looking for a cheap/affordable hotel this is definitely the one for you the reception is 24/7 so there...

situated in Ursula Street which is already a Touristic attraction. Merisi Suites has lots of apartments, some with a really nice balcony. There is an elevator, a washing machine which is free of charge, a swimming pool with a fantastic view. The apartments have Airconditioning and are fully equipped kitchen. Very clean and Organized. Very nice Located.

Very very good location but the place was not great. Room we got was on a ground floor. It didn’t have any view or direct sunlight. There was a mold/ watery/ moist smell in the apartment and the shower was broken so they just put the shower courtliness which I hate and it made entire bathroom wet. I would only recommend it if you care about location but not about place you sleep in.

Beautiful!! The host/owner made us feel like we were home. The history and elegance of the rooms and setting were fabulous. Fresh homemade breakfast in the grand room, makes every guest feel special. In general good stay in Rest aparthotel. Rooms are big, for a minus unfortunately fo us the full digital system turned out to be very annoying. Always looking for the email with very long code to open main door and then another one to enter the door to room. Wonderful panoramic view. Staff very accommodating and enjoyed stopping off for a coffee or two between work meetings. I didn't stay at the hotel so I cannot comment on that aspect.

Great location but the single room I stayed in was very basic and a bit grungy. However, the ensuite had it's own water heater, so I never had any problems with the water unlike other guests in more expensive suites.

I recommend this place; it has a good location (within just a few steps from the picturesque waterfront, the harbour and some historic sites, and also with a good connection to public transport of Malta - a few bus stops in the area). A great place if you're on budget. The staff were very nice, Carmine took my on a small walk around the neighborhood, where he showed me all the shops, bus stops, restaurants...etc The location is excellent, very quiet area and close to Valletta ferry and 3 bus stops

For location, this gets a 10/10. It is legit right next to Upper Barrakka Gardens in Valletta where you can see amazing sunrises and sunsets (in November, at least; not sure about the rest of the year). Ferries depart at the bottom of the Barrakk Gardens's elevator so if you take any ferry, like to Gozo or Three Cities, it's super convenient. An amazing apartment overlooking Upper Barraka Gardens. Such a fantastic location to walk around Valletta. The apartment was very comfortable and quiet and the host was responsive. The bed was very comfortable and thoughtful touches were included - tea, coffee, water etc. The room was also serviced daily. The small hotel with few apartments was in an abolutely fine location - just inside the old city and next to peacefull upper barrak gartens. Room with an OK interior - a bit old / outdated but fully functional. An issue was handled within hours - fine. Bathroom fine and the large bed really good. Internet connection super.

You get what you pay for... very basic facilities, rather poor design and upkeep but a pretty convenient location and good price.

It Is very clean, everything what you need you have in your room, excellent location, quite but still in the middle of everything, near all bus stops, markets and restaurants.

Room is clean and basic. Air con is great Hallway very noisy all morning with people hanging around in there. My room is a single near the entrance hall. Cant open the door to the outside area. Items left by others ( I think) wash up liquid, shower gel etc

You can see the idea for the place and the history. The damp has done its job, the bathroom shows uninteresting stains. A few things don't work. Staff very helpful.

Great apartment has everything you need the bed was very comfortable. The towels were changed and our bed made. Nice touches of a welcome drink and discount on food if you ate there. Perfect for divers! Ritual Dive center is right next door (in the same building). Newly renovated clean room, quiet and with AC. Price-offer is very good. Food in the restaurant/bar "Front" is also very good. Would recommend to a friend.

The king-size beds, the absolutely gorgeous antique patterned tiles, bespoke urban furniture, and luxurious bathroom equipped with gorgeous rain shower are fit for a First Lady..
