Great hotel, great people, no one who speaks English or French

We had a really nice stay at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious, the staff very friendly and helpful, and the indoor pool was a great perk. The atmosphere was pleasant, and many little details made the stay even better. There were only a few minor things that could be improved, but overall we were very satisfied. We would definitely come back!

We stayed April 6th through 19th. For an all inclusive resort it’s a fail. I understand a deposit for pool towels and robes, but a five euro charge for cleaning the robes? Though there are water dispensers available you must bring your own containers. The saving grace to this property is that the rooms were very quiet. We are a couple and had 2 single beds pushed together, each with its own set of single bed sheets and blankets. The food at the buffet was mediocre. The coffee was great. All the common areas were so busy and extremely noisy. Clean room, lovely breakfast, friendly animation team. The fitness was not that big (only one trade mill and few equipments with weights). There are water fountains in the hotel so you can have free water all day long. Beautiful sunsets from the hotel terrace, ferry to Gozo or Paradise beach are 3 min of driving from the hotel. Only used the swimming pool area and private beach as was diving on the day. Pools are clean, water pleasant. Nice paddle pool for kids with fountain, which my 3YO loved. I really enjoyed the beach. We booked a trip with 4 friends, but the room is a bit small and old, not like a 5-star hotel, should be 3 stars. Great 5 night stay. We used the spa and indoor pool daily and the grounds and outdoor heated pool are simply fabulous. You need to book the spa but it is included for guests not charged extra like some hotels. The breakfast was very, very good. I stayed for 4 nights with my friends, the staff were overall very nice. The room was good, we had everything we needed, the only thing I’d say is maybe the lighting in the room could be better. The amenities looked good and the breakfast was okay, it had everything you needed.

Amazing place to stay, amazing breakfast buffet And amazing customer service. Second time staying in this hotel within a year will definitely recommend to anyone going to malta anytime soon.

Great Room, Excellent staff, the only thing I didn't like is that the "Panoramic view" which I paid extra its not really Panoramic, some rooms has partial Panoramic view and they are listed as full Panoramic view

Absolutely recommend. The beach club was 2 minutes walk from the hotel and can be used for free if you’re staying at the hotel. We always had available sunbeds, though I would recommend to arrive early. It has access to the sea as well, the pool is reasonable size with sea water. The hotel also has a rooftop pool with fewer sunbeds, free of charge. We stayed in the family room, the bed was very large...

The room was a lot smaller than we thought but it’s okay since we’re not in our room all the time anyway. The service however? Outstanding! Cannot thank the staff enough for the warm welcomes, excellent service and kindness especially to Kristian, Njambe and Marie who we met in the pool and then became our group tour host. The rooms are amazing. Especially for Europe. The pool is a beach club. It’s loud and crowded not chill and relaxing like it looks in the photo, which was a big downer for me. They also took my water bottle and I felt like I should be able to bring my water to what I thought was the hotel pool. The spa was a little weird in terms of service. We really enjoyed our stay here. We were kindly upgraded at check in from a superior room to a suite which offered more space. Spa was lovely and empty in the mornings. We were always able to get a spot at the beach club and enjoyed the facilities there immensely. It is only a short walk away, though closes at 6.30pm. The trips are a lovely addition but book up quickly - we managed to go on a sunset...

The bar is lovely. The Hotel Front service staff are super helpful and friendly. Reasonably priced, nice, relaxing atmosphere. The bartender was incredibly clean and hygienic while making the drinks! Would come back next time we are in sliema.

Really lovely hotel and beach club. Staff were lovely, food really good, great value happy hour. Sadly building works next door were very noisy some mornings but obviously not the hotel’s fault! Only downside is Sliema is a bit out of the way - not easy access to Valletta (which we had hoped for) but overall really enjoyed and recommend!
