This is one of the top-rated resorts on the island, and the environment is excellent. We stayed during the Chinese New Year, and the front desk even upgraded our room! Although the bathroom facilities are a bit older due to the resort's age, everything is incredibly well-maintained. The outdoor pool is also heated, which is a very thoughtful touch! Highly recommend staying here.

The room environment was decent, but I can't say the same for the service. I left a €5 tip on the second day after checking in before heading out, but the cleaning was very perfunctory. They didn't even bother to leave extra bottles of water, and it's understandable if they don't replenish disposable toothbrushes and such. However, they didn't even replace the disposable slippers for three days! It's like they're forcing you to go to the front desk and give another tip to get anything.

I gave it a full five stars. The hotel facilities are excellent, the decor is solid, and the staff are well-trained with a strong service ethic. The sofa in the living room of this room type converts into a bed; I had communicated this via email beforehand, and it was already made up upon check-in. There's a kitchen fully equipped with pots, pans, an induction hob, an oven, and a dishwasher. The TV channels include Phoenix Satellite Television, but no HBO. There are two balconies, and the sea view is unbeatable (see video). Since it was winter, the seaside facilities weren't open, and the pool was under maintenance, which was a bit of a shame. However, both early check-in and late check-out were accommodated. Room service was very fast and delicious. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The facilities are quite new, and the service is excellent, I'm very satisfied. You can walk to all the nearby attractions, and taxis are convenient. It's definitely worth staying here when you visit! Both the elderly and the children were very happy, and the sea-facing room had a beautiful view.

I recently had the pleasure of staying for 3 days at The Westin Dragonara Resort in Malta, which I found to be an excellent choice for accommodation. I booked a deluxe king room with a sea view, and I am grateful to the front desk staff for upgrading my room on the second day, allowing me to enjoy a stunning ocean vista.

The room service was excellent, and the room was very clean. The breakfast was really good, and the staff were very nice. I really enjoyed my trip to Malta.

Additionally, I dined at both Quadro and Palio restaurants, and I must say, both experiences were exceptional.

In summary, The Westin Dragonara Resort is a distinguished 5-star hotel and undoubtedly one of the best choices in Malta.
