The room was well-equipped and clean. The breakfast was average, and the spa area is far too small for such a large hotel. There's a very small indoor pool, and the outdoor pools are also much too small for the high number of rooms. The service staff is attentive and very friendly.

This is one of the top-rated resorts on the island, and the environment is excellent. We stayed during the Chinese New Year, and the front desk even upgraded our room! The hotel is very clean and staff are very friendly. For older people like us in the 60's was a bit hard getting around because it's away from everything. This was a really lovely hotel. The breakfast was buffet style, and everything was delicious, with a few different items offered each day. The staff were very kind, and they helped make my trip a comfortable and memorable one.
