The location is beautiful and the staff are absolutely lovely. The only downside was the lack of information about breakfast, but this was offset by the fact that it can be eaten in your room as there is no reception.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The service was excellent, and the reception team was very attentive and caring. They replied to emails very quickly and extremely helpful when my flight was delayed, which caused a lot of trouble. Despite the inconvenience, they handled everything smoothly and arranged things perfectly for me.

Special thanks to Judith, who was incredibly helpful and kind — I truly appreciate her support.

The hotel is conveniently located, about a 10-minute walk from Valletta city center and the airport bus stop. Overall, the entire stay was a perfect experience. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I have a chance to visit Malta again.

If you are looking for a calm, luxurious, and authentic Maltese experience, this is the place. Hotel offers a perfect blend of history and comfort. 23 Boutique Hotel is a stylish and well-designed accommodation in a very convenient location. The rooms are modern, spacious and finished to a high standard, with comfortable beds and elegant bathrooms. The inner courtyard creates a calm and relaxing atmosphere, despite being close to the city’s main attractions. Staff are friendly, professional and helpful, making check-in and communication smooth. Overall, an excellent boutique hotel offering quality, comfort and a great stay experience.

I had a truly fabulous stay at 23 Boutique Hotel in Valletta. I loved absolutely everything — from the excellent location to the beautiful facilities and overall atmosphere. The hotel is perfectly located in Valetta and it is close to everything. We really enjoyed our time and it is super clean. We got lost in the beginning locating the hotel location since there are no signs at all showing that it is inside starbucks. There is no reception or lobby which is not an issue at all. The host will send you an email with all the details for check in. We would definitely stay in it next time

I had a fabulous stay at 23 Boutique Hotel! My room faced the internal courtyard, and before my stay I was a bit concerned about the lighting since there was no direct sunlight. However, the room was bright enough and it didn’t bother me at all. It was modern, clean and spacious.

The staff were very kind and always ready to help with any information I needed. They even provided beach towels free of charge, which was a plus. The location is also great — just a 10-minute walk from the town centre.

I would definitely love to stay here again when I return to Malta!
