Our first stay at the Xara and it really was exceptional! Thank you to the staff and the team. It was nice to meet the family behind it too, thank you Justin. Mdina is a wonderful city and the Xara is another level of luxury, I highly recommend doing a few nights there on any holiday to Malta.

We just visited for coffee and dessert. The flavors were really good and the location is simply amazing. It would have been a five-star experience, but unfortunately our waitress seemed to be having a bad day, and that affected the service a bit. Still, definitely worth a visit!

Very nice, spacious room, good value. Breakfast was good and lots of choice for a small hotel. Quite, peaceful neighbourhood and it's nice to stay in Rabat in the evening when most of the tourists have left.

We rented the studio with balcony. Overall good, some details could be improved (like leaking kettle or leaks from the shower). The balcony is really enjoyable, sunset view and overlooking a courtyard. Also parking is not so easy, even if there are possibilities in the street, due to the parking rules in Malta. You have to stay here. Boutique hotel tucked away in the incredible medieval streets of Mdina. Rooftop restaurant with a view and a pool.

Staff very nice and helpful, rooms very clean. However we were in the Mesquita room which is very very small. Also, breakfast is very very poor just eggs and some toast and waited far too long to be served. There was only just us and another couple.

The hotel is charming and right in the walled part of town. The room was clean and comfortable though not particularly roomy. The service was excellent. The breakfast which is included was delicious and substantial. I would be happy to stay there again.

The hotel has a good location, within walking distance of the old town. Breakfast is only one serving and very simple; it didn't seem very hygienic. For a small town in Malta, this price is quite expensive.

Wonderful Hospitality from Pauline and Rever. The rooms where beautiful and the breakfast each day was delicious. In a perfect location at the centre of the charming town of Rabat. With a very pleasant community. Anyone wishing to stay in Rabat , or even Malta as a whole should definitely book the 100 boutique living. The experience was 10/10. Highly recommend staying here.

It was a quiet, fun little stay to see Mdina. It is so close and walkable to all there is to see in this hilltop town. While it is small, the breakfast was personally prepared and very good. The room was large and the bed was comfortable.

The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and spacious, checking-in flawless. Breakfast had multiple options of eggs cooked on order+ any kind of coffee drink, juices, fruit... The area is very quiet and super safe, but 5 mins walk to the bus stop ( I recommend getting unlimited rides card at the airport). Buses go everywhere! Thank you very much for the unforgettable stay

Beautiful small hotel. Staff wonderful, room was stunning. Great, quite, location in the middle of Rabat. The breakfast was lovely, and portions generous. Building was formerly a cinema and there's a original projector and photos on display.

The hotel is in a quiet, pedestrian street so you do need to walk a little way when your luggage from the car. Location is quiet, you can however hear the music slightly coming from the restaurant downstairs and also the church bells(which we liked ).The staff are exceptionally friendly . The breakfast was cooked to order. Excellent air-conditioning . We enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed at Point De Vue guesthouse for part our annual holiday to Malta and Gozo over many years. It’s a well run, friendly, family owned business offering good service and value. Feels for us like a second home. The location is perfect for visiting the Silent City, Rabat and pretty much anywhere around Malta. There is a bus stop just outside and another further up the road with regular buses...

We are about to leave Point de Vue, following a ten night stay. For us, this guesthouse was just perfect. The situation is amazing, so convenient for Rabat and beautiful Mdina. Also, easy access to the rest of the island. The guesthouse is just the kind of accommodation we seek. Comfortable, friendly and characterful. We stayed in two rooms, front and back. Small touches that make a difference. The tables outside the bar are always dirty despite the many people working there. The room, however, was clean. Polite staff.

The room we had, with the private bathroom, smelled pretty musty, and the whole place was pretty cold overall (we were there in December, but not even the AC helped heat it up). Even though they said (in the rulers of the place) that they'll come clean up the room only on Wednesday and only if you leave your door open, the lady went into our rooms without our knowledge...

A family owned and run guesthouse in the quaint village of Rabat, minutes away from the old capital Mdina and the greener more rural part of the island. Great as a launching pad for anyone looking at exploring the Northern bits of Malta too.

Can't be specific about the sizes of the rooms as price is a determining factor here. But will definitely say they are clean, equipped and comfortable.
