Everything at The Corinthia is lovely, from the location (no city is too far away) to the food (do try “Bahia” on the first floor if you get the chance)… but what really made my family’s stay memorable was the friendliness and disposition of the staff.
From helping organize tours and reserve the vehicle to visit La Valletta (Kevin and Ramesh were fantastic); To serving coffee in the lobby every morning...
The common areas and spa at Corinthia Palace Malta are genuinely nice and well maintained, and the restaurant is good. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives mostly end.
The rooms are very, very, very old. They feel dated, tired, and completely out of step with what you would expect from a hotel at this price point. For what you pay, the room quality is frankly disappointing — worn furnishings...
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They were always happy to assist you. The hotel itself was grand and beautiful, and the rooms were too. Breakfast was very diverse and delicious. The swimming pools were large and were child friendly from 9-12am. There was also a spa and salon. The outdoor was not open during the winter though. Overall I was very happy with my stay.
With its impressive appearance, the hotel bears a resemblance to a palace. Features nice, large rooms and public areas, a spacious gym located in a separate building, and a spa. Breakfast was great, as was the service everywhere. I was surprised that the rooms were missing irons, scales, and basic toiletries.
The most disappointing was the SPA center. You need to book in advance to use the sauna or...
I came to Malta as a solo traveller for 5 days and stayed in a Grand Deluxe Room.
The room was spacious with plenty of seating and a beautiful balcony. A mini fridge and tea/coffee making facilities were available.
The en-suite shower room was well equipped with all necessary personal care amenities as well as bath robes, slippers, and a Dyson hairdryer.
The hotel itself is palatial with elegant...

The most welcoming place with amazing attention to detail. Thanks for the loan of the bike gloves Clive
Lulu team is such a nice, kind and generous people. Really appreciated and grateful for the experience. The place is curated with so much love, care and detail. The quality and the originality of the space and decorations are unbelievable.
Looking forward for coming back!
Thank you very much
WOW!!! A wonderful place to stay! This is a 5 star hotel. The host Lulu and her husband made my eife and I geel at home.
The Hotel: This boutique hotel is *beautifully* designed—warm, inviting, and thoughtfully curated in every detail. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcome cocktail in the charming outdoor courtyard, which immediately set the tone for our stay. The owners were incredibly hospitable; it genuinely felt more like arriving at a family holiday gathering than checking into a hotel. My wife, who is an...
In a tight and busy little town this hotel is really an oasis of calm. The rooms are fairly spacious compared to chain hotels and very nicely decorated. The bar and pool area are very nice to unwind. Breakfast is great and the service is top notch. Parking can be a bit tricky, but the owners are always on hand to help out.
Having been looking for a small boutique hotel on various websites Lulu kept coming up but not for the dates I particularly wanted. I then contacted Lulu directly asking if we could stay for a week but move rooms. Liudmila contacted me and put together two options to cover the week across different rooms. This worked perfectly for us and we loved every minute of this unique hotel and the exceptional...

Simply a perfect stay (four nights). Location, service, atmosphere, breakfast, and price make Red Farm a place I'm going to remember for all the right reasons.
We have booked both Hens party and Bachelors party at Red Farm. Both were amazing. Hens was a day by the pool and Bachelors in the Villa. We were very satisfied and food was amazing and service is incredible. While I take the opportunity to Thank Lorraine for all her effort. I would highly recommend this Venue.
Red Farm Spa is a true hidden gem. Peaceful, beautifully designed, and instantly calming. The staff welcomed us with genuine warmth and professionalism, making us feel valued and completely at ease. The spa experience itself was exceptional. Our therapist was highly skilled, attentive, and ensured we were comfortable at every moment. We left feeling deeply relaxed and completely refreshed. Book this place if you want an amazing holiday experience !!! Amazing facilities, great staff, so calm and relaxing. The outdoor pool is great! The location is great as it gives you bus access to the whole island (bus no 31). Room very clean and serviced well. The staff are the best part of this place. So helpful and caring. Cherry is such an amazing lady, such an asset to the team, always pleasant...
Wonderful stay apart from one or two things out of the management's control.
Check was a little confusing at first then instructions give a door code for the room, I stayed in room 1 (Ghenba) and teh code didn't work but I contacted staff who quickly sorted it out and it's an actual key.
Room was very spacious, airy, clean and welcoming. Very big bathroom with jacuzzi bath and shower. Massive comfy...

Best for it's location, staff were great and a good family vibe. Room could do with a refurb.
My Husband and I departed this morning after a 4 night stay in room 6. From the outset I would have loved a ground floor room opening onto the pool area. However they were booked out. Next time…. Our room was lovely. A lot of attention to detail is apparent. The decor is stylish and furnishings super comfortable. Spotless bathroom with shower in which, with the window ajar you can see Mosta Dome...

Check in was easy and the room was quiet and clean. Bed could have been a bit more comfortable, it was okay. Breakfast was fantastic with many options of food
Wonderful little place
Mosta dome B&B is a lovely little b&b. Nice and quiet and out of the way of the hustle and bustle, but not too far away so that you're out of it.
The staff are fantastic and can't do enough for you. I would like to give a special mention to Gemma the housekeeper, who was so warm and friendly. Yet caring and very professional. I was in room 6 which was a lovely room at the back...
Absolutely faultless accommodation. Spotless, and the staff are extremely friendly and very welcoming. We stayed in room 4 which was spacious and clean, with a lovely balcony. Breakfast was small but fresh, and the swimming pool was well maintained. Do take good ear plugs as the Mosta Dome rings every 15 mins so can be heard from the room. Ear plugs sorted that right out though. Would very much recommend...

Great historical family run hotel. Was greeted at the door by Timothy, he proceeded to give me the history of the establishment. Gave me some good tips for eating and made me feel welcome! I stayed in the st. Georges suit and had a fantastic breakfast with freshly baked bread with ham and cheese the next day.
All recommendations for the hotel. It is located in a quiet area, yet it is easy to reach all parts of Malta and visit the sights. Special thanks for Timothy — an educated, courteous gentleman who is always ready to help. It is a real pleasure to talk with him and listen to his advice about sightseeing. I would certainly stay at this hotel again the next time I come.
It's a beautiful place with a captivating history. The details are carefully curated. Comfortable rooms and beautiful common areas. First-class service. 100% recommended.

Very nice, with a great medieval atmosphere, and the service was also very attentive.
Our first stay at the Xara and it really was exceptional! Thank you to the staff and the team. It was nice to meet the family behind it too, thank you Justin.
Mdina is a wonderful city and the Xara is another level of luxury, I highly recommend doing a few nights there on any holiday to Malta.
We just visited for coffee and dessert. The flavors were really good and the location is simply amazing. It would have been a five-star experience, but unfortunately our waitress seemed to be having a bad day, and that affected the service a bit. Still, definitely worth a visit!
Excellent experience altogether. Great place, great staff, delicious food
This is a lovely hotel inside the Medina City Gates. What makes it really stand out is the exceptional service. All the staff went above and beyond and made us feel welcome. “Point de Vue is in a fantastic location just outside the gates of Mdina and close to the attractions in Rabat. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The rooftop offers a wonderful view. Its Asian restaurant serves delicious, impressive food. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended.”
We have stayed at Point De Vue guesthouse for part our annual holiday to Malta and Gozo over many years. It’s a well run, friendly, family owned business offering good service and value. If you want to spend a magical time in Mdina, PLEASE visit this hotel. Priscila the manager is amazing, they will treat you like royalty!! The coffee is amazing and the breakfast is 10/10
You have to stay here. Boutique hotel tucked away in the incredible medieval streets of Mdina. Rooftop restaurant with a view and a pool.
Staff very nice and helpful, rooms very clean. However we were in the Mesquita room which is very very small. Also, breakfast is very very poor just eggs and some toast and waited far too long to be served. There was only just us and another couple.
The hotel is charming and right in the walled part of town. The room was clean and comfortable though not particularly roomy. The service was excellent. The breakfast which is included was delicious and substantial. I would be happy to stay there again.
Let me first say that we didn't stay at this beautiful boutique hotel, but we did pop in for lunch in their rooftop terrace restaurant and we did look around the inside of the hotel.

The only problem is the location, the location is ideal if you drive or are willing to pay taxis daily. Apart from that we had a good stay here.

A family owned and run guesthouse in the quaint village of Rabat, minutes away from the old capital Mdina and the greener more rural part of the island. Great as a launching pad for anyone looking at exploring the Northern bits of Malta too.
Can't be specific about the sizes of the rooms as price is a determining factor here. But will definitely say they are clean, equipped and comfortable.
Breakfast is included in room rates and they are very good.

When I booked this place, I was a little unsure about the shared bathroom. However, budget being what it is, I ended up giving it a try based on the great ratings.

Good value for money. 15 minutes walk from Mdina. Old world charm of wood and marble interior, like 18th century. Nice clean bathroom & toilet. Kitchen and roof terrace available. Old building. Clean room.
Cheaper price. Service normal.
The rooms aren’t bad per se. There’s an AC and the beds are comfortable. Depending on the Block you live in you get different sized kitchens and different sized rooms.
The kitchen isn’t fully equipped and a lot of times the stuff you need is in kitchens in other apartments.
The locks are kind of difficult to manage, especially the bathroom locks. They often lock when you shut the door.
Furthermore...
Cafeteria is good. Pool good. Family friendly good. There is no silence hour, nor a security guard to calm down the drunks. Need to push them to clean. No privet parking , parking at neighbors recommended.

Everything was really well organised whilst at Basecamp, a great place to explore Malta from. The pool was great for the kids (and adults) to let off steam and build friendships whilst only a 10-15 minute walk from St Georges or the supermarket (Greens). Janice and team were superb hosts, thanks for looking after us and making the holiday special.
Stayed here with a group of eighteen people. The house is beautiful and clean, I shared a room with my son, with our own shower and toilet. The air conditioning in the room was brilliant and very needed!!. Fantastic clean pool, and great outdoor space where we had dinner every night. The house has a lovely welcoming feel, and house Manager Janice was just fabulous. She was kind, patient, informative...
Janice is a great hostess, house keeper, sensitive attentive, caring & flexible! Accommodation is perfect. Food could be a bit more varied with more salad options at dinner but some very tasty meals.
our stay at the base camp went perfectly well. the house is perfect for a group of friends and is functional. its location is perfect to be able to move around easily. the manager was attentive to our needs and available throughout our stay. we had a very pleasant stay at the base camps. I highly recommend
Perfect spot to come together with a group of international friends! Enough space to spread out, work or chat. Loved the swimming every morning. Although the kitchen is rather limited in space to cook for bigger groups. From the main road parallel to the house only the moments of traffic jams and bus stops remind of an outer world.
The manager Janice was fantastic, very supportive, very accessible...
Nice place, but recommended for young people only. Good position. The common kitchen is too small for all the people, that maybe want to eat at the same time. The water in the swimming pool was very dirty.

Great service and lovely clean room. Very good service from all staff specialy to Ron thanks a lot for your help.
Will surely book again.
Friendly staff and a spacious room. However, you need to be okay with raw concrete ceilings, cold neon lighting (even in the room!), and exposed electrical wires! The facilities were just average: both jacuzzis were closed and the sauna was out of order! All that was left was a very cold outdoor pool (under 18°C), a hammam with only 4 spots, and an indoor pool...
We stayed here for three nights. Overall, the room was good. However, the ceiling was unusual — it had no finish or paint, just bare concrete.

Nice clean place good people in respection
The rooms were large and comfortable, with a separate bedroom. It was a huge plus that we could relax in peace and quiet without hearing the noise in the hallway. The breakfasts were excellent, with plenty of food and drinks to choose from. The location was very convenient. The view of the harbor and ports from the 11th floor was incredibly peaceful, especially when we had breakfast with that view...
Large, clean rooms. Quiet. Room service Gopel did a good job thanks.
Friendly greetings from all staff. Amazing breakfast looking out from 11th floor to Valletta.
Great choices of food, all fresh and tasty. Even natural honeycomb to have on selection of breads, cakes etc.
Handy for choice of restaurants and bus or ferry into Valletta and beyond. Good parking under the hotel.
My third visit for work...
