The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They were always happy to assist you. The hotel itself was grand and beautiful, and the rooms were too. Breakfast was very diverse and delicious. The swimming pools were large and were child friendly from 9-12am. There was also a spa and salon. The outdoor was not open during the winter though. Overall I was very happy with my stay.

I came to Malta as a solo traveller for 5 days and stayed in a Grand Deluxe Room. The room was spacious with plenty of seating and a beautiful balcony. In a tight and busy little town this hotel is really an oasis of calm. The rooms are fairly spacious compared to chain hotels and very nicely decorated. The bar and pool area are very nice to unwind. Staff very nice and helpful, rooms very clean. However we were in the Mesquita room which is very very small. Also, breakfast is very very poor just eggs and some toast and waited far too long to be served. There was only just us and another couple.

The hotel is charming and right in the walled part of town. The room was clean and comfortable though not particularly roomy. The service was excellent. The breakfast which is included was delicious and substantial. I would be happy to stay there again.

We stayed one night in Room 1 and absolutely loved it! The room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and had a charming window overlooking the street below. It was a quiet, fun little stay to see Mdina. It is so close and walkable to all there is to see in this hilltop town. While it is small, the breakfast was personally prepared and very good. The room was large and the bed was comfortable.

The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and spacious, checking-in flawless. Breakfast had multiple options of eggs cooked on order+ any kind of coffee drink, juices, fruit... Beautiful small hotel. Staff wonderful, room was stunning. Great, quite, location in the middle of Rabat. The breakfast was lovely, and portions generous. Building was formerly a cinema and there's a original projector and photos on display.

The hotel is in a quiet, pedestrian street so you do need to walk a little way when your luggage from the car. Location is quiet, you can however hear the music slightly coming from the restaurant downstairs and also the church bells(which we liked ).The staff are exceptionally friendly . The breakfast was cooked to order. Excellent air-conditioning . We enjoyed our stay.

As usual I find the Topaz good value for money, I have been using the same hotel for over 10 years now. I find the staff to be very helpful and go the extra mile to access information and resolve issues.

The hotel is very clean and staff are very friendly. For older people like us in the 60's was a bit hard getting around because it's away from everything. I thought I had booked another hotel..This was absolutely shocking 😲..I had asked for a room with walk in shower which I didn't get till the next morning...The window didn't close in the bathroom either... I was moved the next morning but it' wasn't a great place..they were decorating some of the tools jut it's not for me....I have to say the staff were very good...I asked for a kettle and hair dryer...

My experience was good. Facilities and the service need to be improved. No, I did not enjoy the food from the hotel.

The best staff ever, so kind and understanding. And that’s for everyone working there, exceptional service 10/10.

Harry the bar man in the hotel pub “molly Malone’s” is a star he’s great company and nothing is to much trouble, we enjoyed the atmosphere in mollys but the lighting from the at is poor so you actually have to look for it even though it’s by the hotel, needs some TLC from the at but good cracic and has pool, sports on to and food.

Although several people appear to have complained about the food etc, my wife and I have just had a pleasant weeks stay here. It's a bit dated and basic but the staff were lovely and worked hard. Not as bad as some of the reviews, I read, our room, overlooking the pool was lovely, brand new mattresses and pillows. Bathroom was very clean, hairdryer didn't work. Towels and bedding changed every couple of days, which I'm sure is enough! Food not brilliant but found some thing to eat each day. Lunch was better than dinner. Staff very nice, so no complaints really, get what you pay for!

Typical hotel in San Pawl, good for sunny break. You get what you pay for. Breakfast and dinner is basic but VERY good for the price.

The hotel towels were really old. I'm sure they were clean, but they were gray, not white! And the water wasn't bottled water! We really liked the hotel! The staff were always attentive and friendly. We just found the guests a bit noisy in the hallways. This hotel was spotless and the staff was excellent. I stayed here to work in Mater Dei and the location was very convenient for that!
