Wonderful stay apart from one or two things out of the management's control.
Check was a little confusing at first then instructions give a door code for the room, I stayed in room 1 (Ghenba) and teh code didn't work but I contacted staff who quickly sorted it out and it's an actual key.
Room was very spacious, airy, clean and welcoming. Very big bathroom with jacuzzi bath and shower. Massive comfy bed, large smart TV, tea and coffee, fridge etc.
Slept excellent two out of three nights. Third night was a challenge due to a party on a neighbouring property but I can't blame Red Farm for that.
Pool area is fantastic and relaxing although it's subject to typical people "claiming" sunbeds by putting towels on them and not using them for hours.
We didn't use the spa or indoor pool as it's an extra charge which was a little surprising.
Breakfast was a highlight, full continental options and a choice (when we stayed) of an English, Italian or Maltese breakfast.
Couple of negatives unfortunately...
The gym is destroyed. Treadmill doesn't work and the equipment is tired. If you have the facility then it needs to work.
Disappointed about the extra charge for the spa and indoor pool.
Parking not allowed on site, there is space which could be first come first serve but it means you have to park on the street which isn't ideal.
Lastly and certainly not the hotels fault. The noise in our 3rd night was utterly horrendous. There was a party in the neighbours property with a male and female who have got to be the worst singers in Europe. It felt like they were in the room which me and it was bloody awful 😞

Simply a perfect stay (four nights). Location, service, atmosphere, breakfast, and price make Red Farm a place I'm going to remember for all the right reasons.

Inaccurate description. Don’t be fooled by the glamorous photos. The place is run down in poor condition. Continental breakfast is not only semi continental with limited food. No fruits other than what’s on the tree in their garden. Inaccurate description about the pool charges- indoor pool payable heated pool ‘free’ - refers to indoor pool that needs to be precooked and paid for. Only free pool is what’s outside. What appears to be beautiful green grass on the photos are all artificial plastic . Inside the room- looks nice first sight but it’s full of old stained furnitures with mouldy smell in the room- if you are on the ground floor. In room 10 you have a tiny window in the room and literally in complete darkness when the door is shut. Owners are super nice - they changed our room to room 8 which didn’t smell and had windows with a view- but that won’t make up the price we paid for the room. Cold tap waters- ok in summer but not so good in winter when we travelled. This place has a huge potential but needs a good renovation. Very disappointed with place and we wish we stayed somewhere nicer.

It was a horrible experience, horrible breakfast, dirt, drainage smell in room, staff unavailable after 7.00pm, far from everything, no electricity... insects everywhere.

We have booked both Hens party and Bachelors party at Red Farm. Both were amazing. Hens was a day by the pool and Bachelors in the Villa. We were very satisfied and food was amazing and service is incredible. While I take the opportunity to Thank Lorraine for all her effort. I would highly recommend this Venue.

Red Farm Spa is a true hidden gem. Peaceful, beautifully designed, and instantly calming. The staff welcomed us with genuine warmth and professionalism, making us feel valued and completely at ease. The spa experience itself was exceptional. Our therapist was highly skilled, attentive, and ensured we were comfortable at every moment. We left feeling deeply relaxed and completely refreshed. What really stood out was the care and personal touch. It’s clear the team here takes great pride in everything they do, and it truly shows. Even with a little life outside, the calm inside the property is impressive; a peaceful escape without feeling cut off from the island’s charm. We also had a celebration in the evening with around 30 people, and the team went above and beyond to make it unforgettable. If you’re looking for a place to unwind, recharge, and truly pamper yourself in Malta, Red Farm Spa is an absolute must-visit. Romina, Lorraine, and the rest of the team thank you for making our visit and celebration truly special.

Book this place if you want an amazing holiday experience !!! Amazing facilities, great staff, so calm and relaxing. The outdoor pool is great! The location is great as it gives you bus access to the whole island (bus no 31). Room very clean and serviced well. The staff are the best part of this place. So helpful and caring. Cherry is such an amazing lady, such an asset to the team, always pleasant and chatty - she's so cool. Norraine is a champ too. My partner forgot the adapter for a tricky phone charger. Norraine gave us her own to keep for the whole trip. Thank you guys for a great holiday!!!

The BEST boutique hotel I have ever found and stayed at! I have been to Malta multiple times now and this was hands down the best experience in terms of stay and service. The staff is super friendly and accommodating, the location is central, making it easy to access all the best that Malta has to offer, and the rooms are BEAUTIFUL. 5/5 stay across the board and I will be staying here the next time I visit Malta!

The bahtroom was so modern and the property had so many amenties it was tough to use them all. What i wish I experienced was the indoor pool, but It was so hot the outdoor pool did just fine. I loved my time at The Red Farm, such a secure property and it really felt like you were staying at a friends mansion.
