The staff members are very nice and welcoming, and they really contribute to making guests feel comfortable during the stay.
However, the buffet food was not good at all, which was disappointing. The à la carte restaurants were extremely good, but unfortunately there was not a large choice of dishes.
Overall, the hotel is beautiful and offers great activities, but the main improvement needed is the food quality at the buffet.
