Love. Love. , love this hotel and location. Hotel staff are amazing and very responsive to guests requests inENGLISH and Spanish. Great Restaurants for days, all over the area. Safe area to walk around. Rooms re spacious and love the lighting in the rooms and auto curtains. Bathroom is luxurious.

Beautiful place, incompetent manager. It’s a real shame to see such a prime spot with so much potential get ruined by terrible leadership. I hope the hotel realizes they are wasting a great asset. It’s a classic case of a beautiful space being ruined by an incompetent person in charge.

Absolutely fantastic. I can’t wait to go back. The people who work there treated us like solid gold and the property was kept very well. Great location, too.

A lovely, 8 story corner appartment. Views for all of the 1st of July fireworks as well as the normal sunrises. Great, views from all of the big windows. Firm matress, good storage, coffee maker after we figured it out. Watched a bit of football. Otherwise just enjoyed the large room.

Fairly upscale hotel in a wonderful area of Guadalajara. Close to several malls and adjacent to good restaurants and a cinema. Internet speeds were shockingly pokey for this type of lodging. But, what really stands out is the service at the morning breakfast. We were so well taken care of by Sofia in the hotel restaurant that we felt right at home and pampered!

The hospitality is top notch. For example, it was 2am and they walked me to the nearest taco stand so I could eat something. Everyone here is very respectful and helpful.

Quiet, comfortable, clean and very nice. Excellent free breakfast. Convenient location to multiple factories and facilities, because if you are in Guadalajara, you are probably here in business. The hotel is Annabelle to numerous good restaurants as well. Highly recommended.

The hotel is aesthetically beautiful. The room was gorgeous and very modern in design. It is located in a nice area and there are many nice restaurants in the immediate area. However, there are a few things i found to be very lacking for a business trip. For one the ironing board included in the room is a joke. It was a tiny little table top version that was extremely difficult to use given the layout of the room due to availability of the plug. Additionally, the breakfast dining area doesn't open until 7:00AM and is very small with limited seating so it fills up fast. I had arranged rides that arrived at 7:30AM every morning so the breakfast opening so late (at 7AM) wasn't very convenient. It should open earlier in my opinion.

This is my second stay at this hotel and I must say, it gets better each time. The NH Hotel is modern, convenient, and located in a prime area attached to a mini mall. I had the Premium room this time and it was perfect, no complaints other than maybe that I wish they had more English channels other than CNN and Fox News, but then again, it's Mexico. Service is also top notch here, they always try to make sure you are good. I highly recommend this hotel for any stay in the Guadalajara area.
