I liked the overall location of where the hotel was set, but the cards that are given to access the room had issues. It wouldn’t unlock the first time you inserted it into the lock and had to speak to management to get it to work again.
The room where I was, the bathroom smelled horrible and if you turned on the AC, the AC only had the number limit of 30 and wouldn’t go higher. The room felt hot.
My room was also noisy though because I was given the room where the maintenance closet was.

Small, clean, no-frills hotel with friendly staff. Very good walkable location near Centro and many restaurants. Great value for the money. Nice bed, cold AC, and hot water.

Great price/value! Friendly staff. Comfy bed, clean hotel, good A/C and great location. The wi-fi is some of the best hotel wi-fis Ive experienced....and that says something as Ive traveled to 101.countries and stayed at hundreds of hotels

For the price it is expected. If you have money pay for a better area or hotel. If your on a budget this place will do.
Expect door locks to be opened by staff everyday to let you in. They don't like to respect the "Do not disturb sign" Overall the staff was friendly. But for sure many areas to improve.

Place is good..need a elevator they give me a room in the fourth floor. Very tiresome to climb ...excelent location and good price.. this is my third time here. And definitely will be back.

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were perfect for the price. We liked that it was close to the Centro. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will reserve again.

No TV service during whole stay, shampoo only provided once, hairs left everywhere, room cleaning service needs improvement good location

Restaurante el mas asqueroso de la ciudad, además el buffet esta vacillo, aquí fotos del buffet que avemos encontrado. Worst place on earth, and empty buffet. Only a few overcook bones at 8 pm, their excuse was we're closing in a few hours so we won't refill it. What was left was obviously some leftovers from lunch.
