Room was very clean, location was great, check in was seamless, staff was very kind and breakfast was delicious. Doesn’t get more authentic that that.

The room was clean, but there is no additional room service once you check in. The hotel feels safe as far as being limited to only your assigned floor. It’s inconvenient to have to use your room card for light especially when you both have to step out.

They continue to have great service. Clean, quiet, shopping across the street. Perfect for a quick stay. Staff is friendly.

The room was very old school which I guess I should have expected with it being an older classic hotel. It still had carpet which I think is why the room had an odd smell. The area wasn’t the best either. Probably wouldn’t stay again especially for the price we paid..

Staff is amazing, specially Jaime he does a wonderful job at welcoming the guests. He sure makes you feel like home. Bed are amazing, and shower has nice pressure. The hotel is very well kept.

I was very pleased with the staff. Aside from being very polite one of them went above and beyond. My son had a fever and the employee offered to drive to the nearest pharmacy to get medication. That speaks very loud of the staff in this hotel. My experience was very delightful.

The room was clean and beautiful! I would stay there again! I was upgraded to a suite because they were out of one bed rooms. It was nice! View to the city!

The bedding was dirty and we let thebstaff know. The staff apologized and switched our room. They took pictures and reported the issue.

A hotel atop of a mountain literally and metaphorically. Very nice views, pool, resturant, service, and serenity all around. I will come back to this hotel one day. And it's very worth the affordable price.

Great hidden oasis in the heart of Guadelajara. Also Pele once stayed here. Rooms are super comfortable and spacious. Pool was nice and warm. They are currently upgrading some rooms around the pool, but we never heard any construction. Great stay.

Nice place to sleep, but rooms are too small. It lacks mini-fridge & microwave, both being a nice plus. Rooms lack iron (I think that's basic for business travel). TV was only local, couldn't connect my devices for streaming or using YouTube. Nice set of restaurants outside (same building) & the convenience store is a life saver. Near of it there is a decent mall.

Totally recommended, excellent service and attention, strategic location in one of the best areas of Guadalajara. The rooms are quite comfortable. Recommended for business trips.

Clean & spacious. Bathroom was clean just wish they left enough towels for the amount of people we had booked the room for. Food was great just wished it was warmer

The room that I reserved was not available, I reserved two bed room, and they gave me a one small bed room and facilitated kindly an extra bed.

This hotel was fine for the one night we stayed before flying the next day. It is somewhat utilitarian in the look (the restaurant looks like a hospital cafeteria).The food was surprisingly good in the restaurant, and this was good as there were no other restaurants close by. The overall look was clean, but there was some mold around the shower. The worst thing, NOT the hotel's fault, is the difficulty...

Room was fine for a quick overnight, nothing special, needs to be upgraded, bathroom looked outdated. There is construction throughout Guadalajara, the area surrounding Fiesta Inn is affected and due to this you can’t go out. Staff was friendly

I stayed here for the location. The only downside was the food I ordered in my room I ordered dinner and it looked like a small portion for the price I paid. Also the coffee wasn't changed the last night I was there. Other than that, everything was good.

Wonderful staff... but the structure is truly decadent... The room had no window, so the electricity went out for over 16 hours, and the room was 28 degrees!!! Without a window, you couldn't breathe... no bidet, no shower, no telephone, no water pressure, and with all this, not even a last-minute checkout!!!

Located in the center of the old city, next to the church and the square, there are a lot of people, there are a lot of homeless people at night, at the subway entrance, the personnel are a bit complicated, the room is quite large, the breakfast restaurant is on the 7th floor, you can overlook the entire city of Guadalajara, and appreciate the church up close, the lobby reception people can speak English...

Good location next to the Basilica and train station. A little far from the restaurants and newer developed areas. Room service was not of a high standard, they did not replace the drinking glasses or provide new water bottles. Phone in the room was also not working to call for house keeping.

Hotel entrance was a bit hard to find but generally great hotel.

The location is very good, next to a historical and cultural square. The soundproofing is very poor, and the front desk customer service is not good. Other guests checked in around 12 o'clock, but they didn't let me check in, and kept delaying my check-in until 4 o'clock in the afternoon. It's amazing that they didn't give me cookies! I suggest you don't stay at this hotel, the One Hotel next to it...

The staff is amazing!! They are so helpful! The bad rating is because of the state of the building and rooms. The state of the lobby is bad and also the rooms , mine had paint peeling off, bed sheets had stains had to ask to change them

The hotel is average, the environment is average, there is a large MALL 1 km away, so life is quite convenient.

Amazing views from the suite. The only issue we came across upon check in is a cash only hold instead of a credit card. It was inconvenient as we had to go withdraw 3000 as a deposit for the room in order to check in. They had no atm on-site and we had to walk about a block away to a nearby atm.

The hotel is in a good location, the new district is relatively safe, the rooms are relatively spacious, it is very close to the exhibition hall, there are shopping malls nearby, and travel is convenient. It is a good choice for business travel!

The room type given was not as good as the first one. The most important thing was that the shower head was still the type that pointed straight down, which was very inconvenient for people who didn't want to wash their hair.

I didn't take photos but I will give my review from my point of view as an experienced traveler. I think this hotel is very good. They clean your room every day, give you water every day, give you inroom coffee package every day (each one is for 4 cups and they have a coffee maker) they have a sofa, AC, security box, restaurant (you eat at the restaurant or order by phone) the toilet is big enough...

I liked everything, this is not the first time I’ve stayed here.

The room facilities are a bit old, the bedding is moderately soft and hard, and the Wi-Fi is stable. The overall cost-effectiveness is high, suitable for business travelers with limited budgets but pursuing practicality.

It's only a 10-minute walk from the tourist attractions. The accommodation is clean and comfortable without too much decoration. The subway station is right in front of the hotel, and the convenience store is across the street. The price-performance ratio is good.

I passed through Guadalajara and stayed for one night. The hotel was a little far from the center. There was a traffic jam for half an hour, or ten minutes if there was no traffic jam. The hotel room is not very big, the windows are relatively small, and they are inner windows, and the bathroom is not very big. The room is large and well-equipped. The waiter's attitude at breakfast was average. I checked...

I stayed for 4 days in a row, and asked to change to a single room halfway through. The room type 02 was close to the main road, and there was a bar nearby. The DJ was roaring until early in the morning, and I couldn't sleep at all. I asked to change to another room type in the early morning before I finally fell asleep! The service attitude is not bad, but there are a lot of problems!

Good staff. Concierge was especially friendly and chatty. Convenient restaurant. Spacious room (Corner King) with wonderful soaking tub. Not enough places to hang towels, tub drain was confusing, and we couldn't get the TV to work, but room was otherwise nice. We appreciated having convenient outlets to plug in our devices at the desk and next to the bed.

This is a beautiful hotel. We stayed with our little fur baby and had a wonderful experience. There are two parks nearby and a pharmacy as well. We absolutely love this hotel and stay here every time we visit Guadalajara.

It is a very noisy hotel, that beautiful inner hall in the middle of the building serves as a sound amplifier for everything that happens at the bar & restaurant, terrible any day of the week. If you are light sleeper this is not your hotel. For the rest, good food, friendly staff and clean. Great location if your visiting the EXPO.

Great value hotel with amazing staff. I knew multiple members of staff by first name by the time i left. They made a 4 star hotel feel like a 5 star. The hotel is in a central location and had easy access to ubers to get anywhere in the city.

The hotel is nice and the location is very good. It is very close to the exhibition hall and you can walk there if you don't bring anything heavy. The room decoration is average. There is a Korean barbecue across the road, which is recommended. Don't go to the other two restaurants, avoid them.

I booked a twin room, the bed was very big, it looked like a double bed. The hotel is also very close to the exhibition hall, about 10 minutes walk. There is a shuttle bus to the exhibition. The hotel front desk also speaks very good English, and there are different Mexican food for breakfast every day. There is a Decathlon behind the hotel, an OXXO supermarket on the side, and a larger supermarket...

The door keys dont qork well...its very inconvenient to have to stand outside your room trying to get the door to open....had to go to the front desk 2 times to have my key reset

This hotel is on a great location, have access to many of stores and restaurant. This is not a luxurious hotel but a place to sleep. Nice to spend your money on adventures.

Circuit Assembly The facilities are adequate but dated. Free breakfast is nice. Beds take some getting used to. Staff friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very close to the main road leading to the city. There are many cars coming and going at night, which is quite noisy. The waiter's attitude is very good. The specifications of the hotel are similar to those of Home Inn in China. It is ok to sleep for one night. If you have more requirements, you can change to other hotels.

The hotel's location is prime, right across from Expo Guadalajara. Everything else seems pathetic to me. Their service "goes so far" that instead of offering at least a bottle of water, they place a refillable glass jug at a drinking fountain in the hallway. Their service is so poor that they don't offer shampoo or hand soap; according to them, a gel in a bottle anchored to the wall serves as shampoo...
