Walls are very thin. You can hear when people talk in the rooms next door. You can also hear all the maintenance staff talking in the hallways.
The Hotel is on a good location and it is clean, but i booked in this hotel beacuse the room description said 2 queen beds, this are not queen beds they are double!!, Also the breakfast was terrible.
Nice Rooftop bar, good location, clean, nice decor, great Valet parking, anll good except front desk service horrible, waiters at breakfast horrible!
Very clean and spacious room , very quiet at night m
Poor breakfast unfortunately
Very good service, very friendly staff, everything was good, I liked the hotel, I would definitely return
The location is fine, close to the highway and 20 minutes from the center. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Staff are very nice and helpful.

We enjoyed the convinient breakfast and the shuttle pick up and drop off was easy. Staff very friendly
Quiet place. Even when there’s construction around the hotel. The only issues we had was housekeeping knocking on door before the checkout time.
Excellent breakfast. Had a variety of food. The food was fresh.
Very nice hotel very safe and close to airport about 10 minutes out shuttles are every hour very friendly staff
The construction and traffic is a disaster. Signs to turn into the hotel are non existent and if you miss the quick lane change to the hotel it took more than an hour plus to make your way back and try again.
Very close to the airport, with free airport transfers:
Meet-up location: International Arrivals Exit (llegada international), parking lot in front of Starbucks (estação de los Provenças).
Airport drop-off: Upon arrival at the hotel, please inform the front desk of your flight information.
P.S. The front desk lady was very friendly.
The hotel is located near the airport and we also provide free airport...
Not bad overall but pictures looked much better than what actually was ...

think Goth Aloft.
Interesting architecture and art.
Unique although not practical or comfortable compared to more mainstream hotels.
Definitely a no if you have kids, pets or disabilities.
The rooms are nice. The staff is lazy. They don’t respond when asked for something. The rooms don’t have hair dryers or Irons. You must call down for them and the wait take forever!
Great Hotel in GDL, Its always so nice to stay at Demetria.
Trendy boutique hotel, Clean room , modern ,
Good location
Great location, decent stay
The hotel is in an excellent location, just a couple of blocks from Ave Chapultepec, where many restaurants, bars, and convenience stores are located. The staff was very accommodating, speaking enough English to have a decent conversation. Our room was nice and spacious, overlooking the street. Our bed was comfortable; however, it had a noticeable dip in it. The shower had...
Very well located just a few blocks from Chapultepec Avenue, very clean, understated, and minimalist! Its heated pool…

They worked very hard to keep the rooms clean, but bathroom toilet and shower are very old style. Overall well located and worth the stay
No breakfast included. Restaurant overpriced,
Location good.
Basic room, bathroom dated, mouldy shower.
Would probably not stay again.
Front staff helpful.
The hotel is very good but when I did my reservation it said continental breakfast was included but it wasn’t
Clean well kept rooms, great charm! Relatively quiet except for occasional nearby plaza construction and kids. All staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel restaurant was surprisingly good, quiet and also charming. Beautiful pool, rooftop patios and awesome views. Biggest negative was no heating or fan ventilation, which wasn’t too necessary after opening window and leaving HVAC off…room temperature...
I’m very classic antique historic central Guadalajara was beautiful. Staff was friendly. Food was excellent and the weather was nice. For the month of December.
The hotel was wonderful and everyone was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it.

Rooms given were so out of service. Toilet would not flush and bathroom was really small. Could not sleep because of construction. We didget another room which was great. All you would need is to check if everything functions.
Staff was awesome very respectful and kind. Great location many restaurants and stores, and the Cathedral are in walking distance. The only downside is the WIFI it wouldn’t connect. Other than that I felt safe, I was coming from Michoacan and it was a good to stay to rest for only one night before going to the airport the next morning.
The check-in was easy to do it
HABITACION POCO LIMPIA, ATENCION DEL PERSONAL LENTA, DESAYUNO EFICIEMTE
The staff were incredibly helpful and nice. However the beds and the overall condition of the hotel was not great. The area it’s amazing though everything in downtown is at a walking distance.
Area was good distance from main road therefore quiet to sleep.
Restrooms had mold, water came out from the shower and tile was falling off.
A refrigerator would have been convenient.

Super clean and comfortable room. The hotel is perfectly located for visiting Centro Guadalajara.
Evening dining was very good as was the buffet breakfast. Very good wait staff.
I highly recommend this hotel while visiting.
This hotel is a beautiful building with amazing, generous staff.
My dad and I arrived extremely tired after taking a red-eye flight, but the staff was immediately helpful and incredibly generous, which was such a relief. The hotel had a beautiful atmosphere and was stunningly decorated for Día de Muertos. Having a front door security guard also made us feel very safe and protected throughout our...
Beautiful & vintage hotel, clean and tidy, welcoming staff, interesting decoration
loved the place the folks that work there could not be nicer and it was just beautiful breakfast was good as well
Very nice hotel, elegant environment, spacious rooms, rich breakfast, there are several hot dishes, more in line with the Chinese appetite
Some of the rooms in this hotel do not have windows. My boyfrined said the pool was dirty so I did not use it. The room was. Breakfast was okay and cheap. The highlight of this hotel is the location and its historic charm!! The security at the hotel was very good and the staff was very professional! Hotel does have a certain charm!

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Guadalajara, Mexico! Very friendly and warm staff who strive to make your stay 110 percent! Rooftop pool, sitting areas inside and out, incredible views overlooking Plaza de Dos Templos!
Hotel Santiago de Compostela is an incredible place to stay in Guadalajara. The location is absolutely perfect — close to the city center, making it easy to walk to major attractions, restaurants, and cultural sites.
What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Every single person I interacted with was responsive, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making sure my trip was enjoyable. They go beyond...
Very content with the hotel. Great location and nice room. And fantastic service from the receptionist Enrique 👏🏼
I was on a business trip there and chose this hotel in the city center. The location was great. The hotel building was very old and had no exterior windows, only interior windows, which is typical for the city.
On the edge of the small square, within 5 minutes there is Hualong Chinese Restaurant, which is very good. The environment is also very good. The hotel itself is also good.
Although location was really great , the noise from nightclub was insane. Couldn't sleep well though...

Access to the balcony was for VIP rooms only, but not advertised that it was. It was one of the amenities that I was looking forward to. Breakfast options were limited also and the same everyday which get old if you’re there for an extended stay.
It's clean and good position, service is also good, recommend to stay whatever for business or vacation
Overall, the hotel is really nice and located in a convenient area. The only issue I had was that my room's door lock did not work properly, and I had to go to the front desk a few times. However, I still love the place and I will definitely return on my next trip to Guadalajara.
MUY BUENA OPCION
Todo bien, desayuno, internet, ubicación
Is a good plc to stay. Clean and convenient
Great service and hospitality. This is my second time staying here, will definitely use for future stay

Let me start by saying thank you! We had a week long stay due to an event we were hosting and this hotel had been recommended to us. We knew some renovation might be happening but we didn’t come across any thankfully. The hotel did an AMAZING JOB helping us make sure the entire event went smoothly and as planned. Everyone all the way from management to staff and employees were extremely supportive...
Lovely stay for the weekend. I would definitely return. Good value, great service and lovely outdoor spaces.
The hotel is comfortable. They need to make an effort in cleaning better the rooms and the common areas. The staff very kind as always.
Esta muy céntrico y se pueden visitar varios lugares sin tener que moverse mucho .
I've thinking about this review for a few days.
Overall I'll say it was okay.
The are a few things I didn't like :
Mattresses need an upgrade, they switched us to another room (before that they have us another room with same mattress .
No refrigerator or microwave in the rooms.
If you get picky, the paint job in the rooms looks like it was done poorly.
There is only one ice machine for the tower...
Very clean place, very friendly staff!

Located near historic sites but a bit away from the crowds. The line 3 light rail is a couple of blocks away and connects to both the main bus station and the historic center of Zapopan. The building is a historic treasure and staff is outstanding with a family feel and great service. The historic center is a great place to be located.
Location was fantastic for the price. It is an older building but rooms and bathrooms were clean. Beds were very hard.
The staff is amazing and they are all very kind, the rooms were very comfortable and the cleaning staff is extremely thorough, they are all very helpful and friendly ❤️
Great room, amazing staff! Walking distance everywhere. I would definitely recommend
Very responsive staff, a comfortable room, great value for a reasonable cost.
The toilet is old. The lock is old. Card for the room sometimes doesn't work.

Spacious room, but floor was dirty and full of hairs every day.
The beds seem old and not comfortable. the bath towels are worn and some have tears. the lighting in bathroom is really dim. Shower hot water needs to run for awhile, before it gets warm.
Property was very nice and clean, also great food
The staff is super kind helpful and accommcodating, the location is safe convenient and in a beautiful area.
Muy bien ubicado.
Habitación muy amplia.
Hotel limpio y presentable

Nice clean room and bathroom. Also very quiet.
Comfy beds
The staff were OK, lots of shopping dining and drinking options in the vicinity
Would stay here again
The hotel was decent, and the price was good.
Small, clean, no-frills hotel with friendly staff. Very good walkable location near Centro and many restaurants. Great value for the money. Nice bed, cold AC, and hot water.
Great stay
Great price/value! Friendly staff. Comfy bed, clean hotel, good A/C and great location. The wi-fi is some of the best hotel wi-fis Ive experienced....and that says something as Ive traveled to 101.countries and stayed at hundreds of hotels
Average at best.
For the price it is expected. If you have money pay for a better area or hotel. If your on a budget this place will do.
Expect door locks to be opened by staff everyday to let you in. They don't like to respect the "Do not disturb sign" Overall the staff was friendly. But for sure many areas to improve.
Place is good..need a elevator they give me a room in the fourth floor. Very tiresome to climb ...excelent location and good price.. this is my third time here. And definitely will be back.

Not what I was expecting when you say “luxury” you think that means really nice.
The hotel calls itself “luxury,” but the details didn’t match. The shower was dirty, and the bathroom had nowhere to hang towels except one small spot. On top of that, the curtains were uneven and let in way too much light early in the morning, making it hard to rest. These issues really took away from the experience. The staff was very friendly.
Everything was Soo good, except they restaurant didn't work out
Pay more attention to cleanliness.
Should look into offering room service.
Ok for business
Bathroom had a sewer smell and at the same time I did find a fingernail on the floor.
The location is good. The checkin was also good. Someone goes to the room with you and explains you everything. The hotel is nice. The staff is rather rude and not interested. On their phones most of the time. My shower had a problem as only little water was coming out. I asked to send maintenance twice, no one ever showed up. Only one elevator working. Skip the breakfast if possible. It's quite terrible...

This hotel is not located exactly in the center but is a short walk away. The room we got was calm, comfortable, and had AC. The hotel is next to a supermarket and a pharmacy, you can also find good restaurants around. The personnel in the reception answered all our questions and gave us suggestions for the tours in the city.
The rooms are excellent. The bed is very comfortable. The privacy is excellent. The service is excellent and the location is convenient. The staff is great, except the night-shift receptionist.
It is always clean but sometimes hot water does nothing work
Nice place. Rooms and bathroom are small. But it’s ok for what you pay. Nice and quiet neighborhood
It's ok. In a really good area sites wise, easy to get around and look at everything. The woman running the hostel is awesome, and there's a map of the best dites to help you make sure you see everything. However, the place itself is pretty simple and there's no privacy. It's clean, but uncomfortable, and I couldn't shower. Small breakfast, no eggs. Really go only if your looking for somewhere to crash...
Friendly staff, convenient location if visiting the centro histórico.
No window room hehe
Did see the room without a window and it's on the south wall so it's very warm from the sun with just a fan
El desayuno estuvo bien, solo habría que aumentar algunos alimentos como fruta !

I have to wait for check in and the conditions of the room not good
The area is close to most of main landmarks.
And lots of restaurants around the area.
I definitely recommend this area
good option in a very nice area. A bit old but good price.
Great value
I stay at this hotel one night per month for doctor's appointment in the area. The hotel is excellent for the price and location with great service and a nice pool lounge.
The room was ok and decent, but I didn’t like that it was licking water from above the mirror I think from ac piping.
Very clean, very close to the airport.

GREAT RATES FAVOURITE HOTEL IN TOWN. ALWAYS FIRST CHOICE FOR BUSINESS AND LEISURE TRAVEL.
Area that is so special it hurts to leave.
Situated in Centro Guadalajara, steps away from the bus station, walmart, convenience stores, banks, car rental, and bars. The hotel also has Wi-Fi and cable TV. Staff are friendly and accomodating. The Ottawa restaraunt on the main floor has a great menu too. Right in the centre of town.

Rooms are tiny for a couple. Not good enough ventilation. Shower is literally next to the bed which is fine if the drain worked properly. Flooded.
No place to put suitcases. Very shut up, no windows either.
It was clean though, and bed was hard, which was fine if that's your thing
It's ok for a night or two.
Loved this cozy boutique hotel. Staff very warm, welcoming, and eager to provide the best experience. Owners often onsite making sure their customers were well taken care of.
