the clealiness was very poor the staff just cleans the bed and part of the restroom, nothing else, the lobby and corridor of the hote was never cleaned - on the 1st of day of checkin saw some trash under the chair it was stil there till the 6th day of checkout

I booked 3 days before arriving. After checking into Room 204, I found that the room was very small and dim. The windows in the room were dark windows, and I needed to turn on all the lights in the room during the day. The shower room in the bathroom was made of wood, and the whole bathroom was filled with water after taking a shower. There was no air conditioning in the room. There were mosquitoes when I opened the window at night. I didn't sleep well all night. I found that the quilt cover and pillow were also dirty the next morning. I immediately contacted Ctrip customer service to request an early check-out. Ctrip customer service immediately contacted the hotel and informed me that the hotel did not agree to early check-out. Ctrip customer service is still very professional and dedicated. I would like to express my deep gratitude. In summary, this hotel is very bad and I will never come again!

There are many tourist attractions nearby, and since it's in the city center, transportation is convenient. I had a great two-day stay, with everything I needed. The hotel breakfast was also quite good. The staff were very friendly, and the cleaning was excellent. While the room layout wasn't to my liking, I'd definitely return.

I had to pay an additional amount per night to be able to stay in the room selected in the reservation. Although I showed them that it did not correspond to what was offered in the application.
In the bathrooms, the shower is at the same level as the rest of the bathroom floor and the shower floor is made of wood. Then, every time you shower, the water comes out all over the bathroom and the wood retains the humidity, giving a damp smell all the time in the room.
In the sink faucet, the keys could hardly be opened or closed and they had a water leak. The waste is terrible. When reporting the damage to hotel maintenance, they could not do anything, because they said that this was the design of the water system and that it was not possible to fix the leak with that system.

This is a room type that I have never stayed in before. It is like a bunk bed with a sliding door to climb in, and then there are separate sinks in the middle. I didn’t pay attention at the time because I didn’t expect this type of room. I can only try it once. The price is definitely It's not worth it
