It has a nice view at a higher floor. It is a bit noisy in the morning.

Good value for money. Located near the Chabacano metro station. The towels were low quality, but the sheets and bed were very comfortable. Large room on the second floor. 24-hour reception. Elevator. Restaurant with good prices. The safe was free. They provided two complimentary bottles of water each day. We would return.

A very good hotel, highly recommended for a longer stay of more than two days, as the service and attention are excellent. The rooms are clean, but the only drawback is that depending on the room, the shower has varying water pressure, and in some cases, the water leaks. The rooms are spacious and cozy; you sleep well, and there's no noise from the amenities. The only improvement would be the TVs being smart TVs, so guests could access more entertainment options besides just broadcast TV, making for a truly excellent and complete in-room experience.

We stayed several days at the hotel. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, very clean, the staff were excellent, and the food in the hotel restaurant was very good. The only drawback was the lack of heating, and the rooms were very cold.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. There's not a single good thing about it. The whole room is full of huge mirrors. Utterly speechless.

1. I hope you can upgrade your internet and improve the service in the rooms because it's never working. 2. Please add cable channels; your televisions are very old. The hotel leaves much to be desired. If you can't offer these two services, it's essential. You can find them even in hotels that cost 200 pesos. Thank you for your prompt response. I really like the hotel, but we do need these services.

Hotel Escala Siglo XXI is an old property but is a good option for the following reasons :
- Excellent price for value
- Convenient access from Mexico international airport
- Spacious rooms with good light and good bed
