The hotel's location is very good because it's close to the Renovation Center, right next to the Paris Metro bus stop. I didn't like the included breakfast; the portions were very small, the food was almost always cold, and the bread didn't seem fresh. The options are very limited. The room doesn't have air conditioning, but they do provide a fan. The rooms are small but functional.

In this expensive and upscale area, surrounded by expensive hotel lots, it is very rare to find a three-person room for 400 yuan a night, and the room windows can be opened and closed. The hotel facade is very decent, and there are staff to take upstairs, the disadvantage is that the room is relatively old, see that there is no maintenance, we were arranged to stay on the first floor, the number plate at the door of the room is also broken, across the window to see another red accommodation hotel very good.

Rooms windows were not properly installed and they were gaps around them. Tv was 13in and horrible reception so nothing came in clear. Sink in the bathroom leaked and the shower head was all clogged up and I did bring that to there attention and they did fix it after the second night. I guess for the amount of time we were there it wasn't bad but it could have been better.

The staff is very nice they made my experience very pleasant.
I would rate the hotel a 3 star, as there is no AC and the rooms are dated. The Morning Restaurant chef is amazing but in the evening it was not good.
Overall good place to stay convenient and close to restaurants and museums.

I didn't pay attention, and I didn't notice none of the rooms have AC until we arrived.

We booked a room with a king size bed (the only reasonwe booked it there), but were given a room with 2 queen/full beds, we were so tired when we arrived that we didn't ask to be moved to the right room.

Had an absolutely wonderful dining experience at La Posta Bistro. Firstly the environment was warm and inviting with plenty of comfortable seating and soft music. The staff were highly professional whilst being friendly and approached and the food top-class (the flamed steaks are a must!) Being English-speaking tourists, the multilingual hostess was a highly appreciated and only added to the experience. The price was appropriate as the evening as a whole was highly memorable.

This is one of the most exceptional dining experiences I have ever had. Admittedly it was a quiet night. However the service was absolutely brilliant and the owners and their daughter, who very kindly acts as translator for any English (and German) needs, were lovely.
It was such a friendly and luxurious environment.

A number of people have said the food is overpriced, I do not agree. The food is exquisite, the price is entirely appropriate.

I would highly recommend the flaming fillet, it is unforgettable.

Out of thw way and non tourist restaurant. Food was good and freshly made. Two waiters did their best to accommodate everyone's needs in the restaurant. Wine list was UNDER CONSTRUCTION! LOL we would recommend this place.

Had a great steak sandwich with some of the best French fries I've had in CDMX. Pet friendly in the sidewalk seating area.

Beautiful room, clean and well laid out. Friendly staff. They do have regular, although brief, power cuts, but that is not the hotel's fault. The problem is that the elevator will stop and has no emergency lighting, pitch black. Not an experience that I'd recommend.
We were stuck in there for about 5 minutes but, trust me, in the pitch black it felt a lot longer. The elevator alarm and intercom don't work either only adding to the drama. After a few, worrying minutes the power came back on and the elevator sprung back into life. All is forgiven in the relief of arriving at your floor.

Connected to the Le Meridien hotel with entrance both outside and inside. Small coffee shop but also has seating outside. Great staff. If you don't speak Spanish and are traveling, you should still be able to converse with most of the baristas here.
