Rooms were ok, but details matter. Power plugs are too narrow to fit two standard phone chargers. Whoever design the location of the mounted hairs dryer in the bathroom (with such a minimal short chord) has never used one. No fridge to store food/drinks. On a positive side, breakfast (ours was included in price) was really good.

I had beg bugs in my room and I couldn’t sleep all night, the bites gave my dozens of red spots all over. Terrible experience.

We have friends out Santa Fe way and default to this hotel when visiting. It is perfectly fine. Beds are comfortable. Hot water. Close to a very enjoyable restaurant called Canarios (great breakfast option judt a walk away). One thing we do for safety. They dont provide a non slip bath mat for the dangerously slick shower so we put a towel down.

ALSO: check your soap dispensers in the shower before you shower to assure that they are not empty. The staff is not trained to check them daily. We travel with a bar of soap so it was a non issue for us

I stayed at the Holiday Inn "Full", not the Express. The Hotel is neither good nor bad. It is simply mediocre. The rooms show wear and tear on the headboards, bathrooms and other details. The towels look and feel like sandpaper. They are pretty stingy with amenities including toilet paper. Front desk and restaurant staff service is not bad. The cleanliness of the rooms is poor, there’s dust everywhere, bathroom is not cleaned properly neither.

The positive: It is a quiet hotel, the outside noise is imperceptible. The rooms are quite spacious. Great sunrise view!

Great room and attention 👍👍 I only recommend adapting the entrance so that it can be easily recognized as the hotel you are looking for, as there are no signs or identifiable colors and at night it is very difficult to determine which place according to the map is the hotel.

La ubicación si buscas estar en Santa Fe es excelente. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y el desayuno muy completo.

Great location a lot of restaurants in walking distance. Very quiet hotel. Very clean and everyone was very great. The complimentary breakfast was delicious! Wifi worked wonderfully. I would stay here again.
