Not good customer serivice buffet breakfast area was small they hurry us up to let others eat .room toilet were yellow. towels were old . Some of the workers were rude specially the ones in the breakfast area. Bread on breakfast was hard not variety of food i stayed 10 days and the serve almkst the same everyday. The hotel is crossed street of bar so on the weekends was super loud until 200 am.

When I arrived, there were three people at the front desk, and they weren't very friendly about explaining what was nearby and where to dine.

In the morning, I had breakfast and went upstairs to pack my things. At checkout, I asked if I could have coffee before leaving, and they told me no problem. The person at the buffet complained that I wasn't allowed in. I asked her to check at the front desk (1 meter in front of her) and confirm that while I had my coffee, I would sit and wait for my Uber. That's not very kind of her, and a coffee is a gesture of kindness and comfort.

Regarding the room, the pillows they provide are squashed, like sofa cushions. They're tiny, and it wasn't comfortable at all. They don't have mattresses, but rather mats made of plastic that make a lot of noise.

The air conditioning must be dirty because I got a severe allergy and couldn't sleep well.

In the morning, the shower had hair stuck to all the walls; it didn't look clean. It hadn't been used, and the hairs were stuck to it.

I hope they get better. It's not worth it. They went overboard with the pillows.
