Noisy room next to nightclub and toilet has a bad smell

The hotel was perfectly reasonable and our room (junior suite) was on the roof so was quiet for most of the stay. The stairs to the room were unlit and we couldn’t find the switch. We asked the staff on the first night to switch it on but it wasn’t switched on on the second night, so not ideal. We had to ask for our free drink and when it was given we weren’t allowed - it seemed - to drink it at the bar but instead had to have it in our room. The room itself was spacious and clean, with very good access to the local sights.

First time here, came for a wedding. Staff was warm, friendly, and very helpful. The architecture of the building was beautiful and Unique. The zocalo is a beautiful area and we were lucky enough to be there when they had decorated for dia de los muertas. We had a wonderful stay overall!

Delicious Spanish-Portuguese inspired restaurant! We had a nice dinner with calamari rings for starters, pulpo fideu and steak for main course and zapote ice cream + ron zacapa for dessert. Perfect service, prices above average.

Good food, good service, nice place to enjoy food in terrace

Friendly staff nice atmosphere. Very popular with groups, was very busy when I took a table.
This is not a place for single diners.
I was half way through my soup when my main course was placed on my table.
Main course was very salty.
I finish everything before I finished my beer. Felt as if 1 person was taking up valuable real estate.
Minus 1 star for rushed service
Minus 1 star for main course / prices.
