Hotel Canada Central in Mexico City

We stayed at Hotel Central Canada for 4 nights. Our experience was wonderful. The staff was amazing!! From the front desk, concierge, housekeeping, the café, and anyone else I may have missed, they were all so friendly and very helpful. The concierge and front desk staff were very knowledgeable when it came to planning excursions, where to eat, or just to answer any questions we had. Our room was cleaned spotless everyday. Our room had 3 double beds, which was perfect for us as we were 3 sisters sharing a space. The location was perfect for exploring Centro. It was easily walkable to all the historical sites in that area of town. Mexico city is an absolute treasure. I would recommend anyone who is thinking of visiting to go. The people are wonderful and the sites are breathtaking. Safety was a bit of a concern to us leading up to our trip. I can honestly say that we never felt unsafe at any point of our vacation. I would 100% recommend this hotel and Mexico city.

Other than the one night the Canada Cafe had musis playing like so load I though I was in a night club. Absolutely everthing else was great!. The Breakfast is awesome eggs to order, and sandwiches ands 24/7. Location is the greatest. We plan on coming back regularly. Alicia made our stay comfortable she is so caring we just have to mention her in our remarks.

Location is unbeatable - in the middle of Centro Historico with hundreds of businesses. It made our trips to El Zocalo, Bellas Artes, Parque Alameda, Plaza Garibaldi, Torre Latinoamericano, and Templo Mayor so close. The Staff was so professional and always welcoming, going above and beyond. From checking in, you are a top priority. Our room was very clean and contemporary. Breakfast on the rooftop is such a great amenity to have, eating breakfast under the rising sun watching the Mexican Flag. They also offer complimentary soft drinks and snacks during the day which was a big plus. Staff is always available in the main lobby ready to help you. The staff was always at the main entrance to greet you. I felt very safe coming in at night and leaving early in the morning.

I arrived at the hotel and the people at the front desk was very kind and told me how to get to the the Café Central. I was craving a nice cup of coffee and something to go with it. I sat down at the balcony with a great view of the city. The place was cozy, coffee was delicious, and the pastries really tasteful. The staff was always attentive and a spent a really nice evening. I will definitely bring my friends to stay at the hotel. I truly recommended!

The best part is the location, is close to everything. Good noice cancel windows so you don't hear the noise from the outside. Good breakfast and the cafeteria is 24h with a good view. Very safe with friendly staff.

I love the location of Hotel Canada: right between the Zocalo and Alameda Park, with lots in between both ways. And Francisco Madero Ave is just a block away, it being a wonderful pedestrians only street. The location in historic Mexico City is ideal. Lots of police. Very safe and friendly.

Great customer service, nice rooms. Good ameneties. Free breakfast and delicious. Walking distance to the cathedral and shopping. Also all sorts of different food near by. The only down fall was the elevator was down. So you had to go up 7 flight of stairs to get breakfast.
