Throughout our stay we were consistently impressed by how friendly, helpful and resourceful everyone on the team was. Your staff always took the time to assist us, think along with us and provide excellent recommendations for exploring the area. Thanks to their suggestions we were able to organize several great excursions and experience places we likely would not have discovered on our own. There is one team member we would especially like to highlight. We believe her name is Yara, a woman around her thirties who works with your team. She truly stood out because of her deep knowledge of the region, her enthusiasm and her genuine hospitality. She shared valuable insights about the area and helped us plan several activities, and thanks to her guidance we were able to experience the surroundings in a much richer and more meaningful way. In many ways, she helped turn our stay into an unforgettable holiday. It is rare to find a place where the service feels so sincere and where the staff goes the extra mile to make guests feel comfortable and cared for. Great property in a perfect central location in Merida. Beautiful courtyard where breakfast is served. Our room was split over two levels, large and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. This hotel is located in close walking distance to the main attractions, as well as cafes, restaurants and shops. Lovely breakfast served in the bright and welcoming courtyard.

Nice hotel, great location, excellent customer service just one thing I don’t like was the glass on the bathroom, no privacy

Middle of Mérida - big, clean, and nice rooms… Like it!

This is probably one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. The design, comfort and attention to detail were very good. We rented a loft with a small private pool on the terrace which was amazing for watching the moon at night with a glass of champagne. The rest of the rooms also looked exquisite. Highly recommended, will be back.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. If you wish, you can make a few notes, which, however, will affect the feeling of well-being and comfort.

It is a small but very beautiful hotel. The terrace is amazing. The staff is very kind and professional.

I was enchanted by everything about this place. They even make my healthy oatmeal breakfast (with milk) taste great! The building was built by Lebanese immigrants, hence the dreamy design.
