There is no hot water, while the staff was great and the facilities clean and appealing, plus free parking, if you like hot water for a shower, this place is not right for you. We callee every day and the staff tried to fix the temperature but the “hot” water was lukewarm at best when leaving the water run for about 30min

The room was nice, and staffs were helpful, but one night we ordered a room service, then when the staff came back to collect the plates and utensils, they left the tray with remaining food in the hallway for whole day. I saw a rat in tray for food remains.

The hotel was nice and modern and quiet except last night I'm not sure where the loud music was coming from around 12am but the hotel insulation is good so it wasn't too bothersome. I also want to give Carlos a compliment on being so help and patient answeringy questions.

The location is amazing, easily accessible from Paseo de Montejo! If you go by car, it enhances your experience.

The site where I searched came up with this hotel that was to have a pool. it was CLOSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!

we were told Sorry. But then they made arrangements for us to have a day pass, but I still missed a swim, and this is done for health, doctor's orders. It is very important to me.

No Netflix. very disappointing. Actually unbelievable that all the last 2 weeks of half their price hotels have Netflix.

The beds are set between a wall, and if you are tall, you ont fit and must sleep at an diagonal. Terrible.

Nice breakfast that was 2 times more than I paid... Thought I bought breakfast for 198 pesos but this was not for the reservation but for the person.

The hotel is very clean. The services very excellent. The location good. But too much noise.

The place is great, the vibe is excellent. Maybe the only issue is that at the middle of the night the electric energy in the room turns off and you lose the AC for example or you can't turn on the light in the bathroom, you need to open the room door to reestablish everything.

Excellent quick trip to Mérida
Hotel was in an excellent location, with an amazing staff who were super helpful and attentive. Our room was spacious, updated, with a very comfortable bed. Loved the rain-head shower. Hotel breakfast was so delicious!
