The hotel did not have electricity or air conditioning. I made another reservation within the hour at the Holiday Inn because they had electricity. ******* never refunded my money because Expedia's customer support says that Wyndam never returned their calls.

Staff were extremely courteous. Cleaning was not done properly. When some of the used glasses were left on table, they continued to be there and not replaced with new ones. Water in the shower is not strong and door for bathroom could not be easily closed. We were supposed to get free breakfast. First day there was a buffet but for rest of the days, they didnt serve buffet as they said they didnt have enough people to make it a buffet. We ended up getting just coffee, bread and just some fruits. Need to be more thoughtful especially if you are in the hospitality business.

Poorly maintained, moldy sinks, staff says its normal. Slow to act on your request.

I stayed for 14 nights and I have great things to say about the property and the staff. This is a model property for every other hotel in my opinion. Everyone was pleasant and guest focused. Super experience!
