A friend and I traveled the full loop of the new Train Maya. Of the 5 accommodations at which we stayed, this was the best, hands down. Entering the calm, quiet and welcoming ambiance of Casa Del Maya always put smiles on our faces. The service, breakfast and attention to detail were all exemplary. It has my highest recommendation..

Bed and breakfast is when you feel at home and that is exactly what I felt. I was treated so well by all the staff. The location is great. Quiet beautiful rooms and location and it was an oasis of peace after a long day sightseeing

Grateful for the 24/7 checkin, bec i needed to do an emergency booking at 9pm due to another property in the north falling through due to lack of communication and no checkin instructions provided. They were very accommodating, and also let me transfer to a bigger room w window when i saw that the first room that they put me in didnt have a window. Cute decor, interior plants made it very comfy.

It’s ok for a big family and short staying

Nice hotel in great area. Hotel has everything closeby for dining to grocery. If we every visit merida, we will definitely stay here again.

Loved this unique place! The building was formerly a convent and the art and room decor are clearly inspired by that. Very quiet and peaceful place. Clean room. Excellent atmosphere

Room was clean and service was good, the bed was a bit smaller than I thought, but comfortable, an extra pillow would have been well received, since the headboard was metal, but in all it was good and well serviced for a 300 year old Hacienda.

Great property in a perfect central location in Merida. Beautiful courtyard where breakfast is served. Our room was split over two levels, large and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. This hotel is located in close walking distance to the main attractions, as well as cafes, restaurants and shops. Lovely breakfast served in the bright and welcoming courtyard.

The room was spacious and clean, but the shower was broken and we had to deal with water everywhere. The breakfast was poor of vegetarian options and, apart from the eggs, by payment.

The location was great in general good value for the money. Our room 106 was not clean property there was hair in the shower walls that were ours.

Parking 1,5 blocks away. The toilet is 65 ft from the bed. Poor planning for me. Old colonial house converted with little thought to good easy use. Pool is very small. Ask for breakfast voucher because they forget to give you it and also password for wifi. Phone in room useless.

I’m disappointed- we stayed six nights and got the only room without a private porch or outdoor space. We were off in a corner, room #1, no poolside view like the others, so I’m a bit cranky. Quiet area about 10 minute walk to the Plaza Grande. Room with balcony overlooking the beautiful pool area and garden. Continental breakfast was perfect, fruit, toast, coffee and eggs if desired. Served by the staff.

I stayed here with three friends for one night. The staff were very friendly. The showers were hot. There was a popular restaurant serving traditional cuisine in the city right in front of the hotel.

I loved it and booked another night on the spot! Clean, comfy and cozy! Access to a microwave should be for everyone. Alexandria said no microwave but when the gentlemen came in who work there, they gladly microwaved my leftovers.

Under construction Stayed a number of nights. Hotel is renovating. The noise during the day borders on intolerable. I work in hotel rooms and I could not here (or hear!). Although wi-fi can hit 200 +mps many rooms cant't and often a high latency rate: but what is the point if someone is jackhammering below you.
