Thanks.

I stayed here with three friends for one night. The staff were very friendly. The showers were hot. There was a popular restaurant serving traditional cuisine in the city right in front of the hotel.

I loved it and booked another night on the spot! Clean, comfy and cozy!

Access to a microwave should be for everyone. Alexandria said no microwave but when the gentlemen came in who work there, they gladly microwaved my leftovers.

Far too noisy unless you are a clubber everynight.
This hotel has a great location. Unfortunately that location in the historical centre is also very noisy. On the same block there is a nightclub that plays thumping music till at least 2am if not later every day. Also car traffic on the stone laid roads is noisy even with me staying on the 4th floor. My room was exposed on 2 sides and I suspect the night club problem would be in the whole hotel except for those lower down facing the road. Rooms were clean. TV was modern where you can sign in your own Netflix, Youtube or Prime TV. A/C had only one setting, very cold and was fairly noisy for a split unit device.

Under construction
Stayed a number of nights. Hotel is renovating. The noise during the day borders on intolerable. I work in hotel rooms and I could not here (or hear!). Although wi-fi can hit 200 +mps many rooms cant't and often a high latency rate: but what is the point if someone is jackhammering below you. Once the renovation is done I'm sure it will be great to stay again. Renovated rooms are really nice

The hotel is in a very good location in the city centre. Our experience in staying at the hotel was very bad. We booked a double room with 2 double beds. According to the photos on the website, it had a large window and a balcony, but we were given a double room. The person who received us was very rude and unwilling to help change rooms. He kept saying "No, No, No". We both have our own booking documents, but they are different. It took almost an hour to contact the hotel agent, the local travel company that Trip.com issued the bill to. They said it was a problem with Trip.com and gave them wrong information... It took another while, and finally we booked for three days. For the first two days, we were assigned a triple room in the attic. There was a small window that could not be opened to the patio, which felt very pitiful. On the third day, we had to change rooms. This was the room type we booked, but the air conditioner was broken and the toilet was broken. It's also weird, you almost have to step over the toilet to get to the dripping area.

The location is top. A couple of minutes walking distance from all highlights and amenities. Plenty of restaurants and bars around hotel.
Rooms are very simple but clean.
Nice terrace on the top with views.

Just stopped for a drink, but had some small plates. Super nice staff. Mayan dishes, cool courtyard and awesome mural.

Friendly and engaging staff make this place a pleasure to eat in. The quality of the food was excellent. Not fussy or elaborate, but the ingredients were prime and the taste very good. There is a choice of seating inside, or in an open-air courtyard with fans to keep you cool. The WiFi worked well. Good prices. I can't give it 5 stars because although the decor was unique and interesting, it was a little tired compared to other establishments close by, and I wasn't really feeling the plastic chairs added anything. However, you won't be dissapointed by the food and service.

Delicious, broad selection, friendly and multi-lingual staff, quality food in relaxed atmosphere, prices a bit high but again - good attention to quality, presentation, and variety... Not to mention the address is right on the main plaza! Very convenient. Only four stars for high prices, and lack of decor. Beautiful old colonial building that they set up like an old time dinner. Good range of options on the menu.
