Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. During check-in, the receptionist took 10 lei from our payment because she didn’t have change, which felt quite unprofessional. The room’s sound isolation was terrible — we were placed right next to the reception and could hear all the noise throughout the evening.

On the positive side, there was a kettle, tea, and bottled water provided, which was appreciated. However, the bathroom wasn’t the best, and the shower nozzle was broken, making it very difficult to have a proper shower as the water pressure was poor and uneven.

Overall, the location is good, but the facilities and room comfort need serious improvement. I wouldn’t stay here again unless maintenance and service standards are improved.

stayed for a night here. service by Alex and management was exceptional. smooth checkin, welcome and convenient room facilities. location is great with the cathedral park, cafes and restaurants at walking distance.

Dirty room, hair on the bed and in the bathroom, at night it's cold and you can hear the noises of the whole building, the girl at the reception doesn't give change and you have to ask her, bad experience, value for money 1/10. I don't recommend it to everyone...

Very nice hotel. But no, any bottle of water in the room!! I'm arrive at night time an don't like to find some shop to buy water. In my opinion, a few bottles of water MUST HAVE in every room in each hotel!

Fine hotel on a good location. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is a set menu with 5 options, well taken care of. One staff member, Bogdana, was very nice and helpful, the other staff member was ok. Overall a positive experience, for a good price. I will gladly return.

Good location. Tasty breakfast. Pleasant staff. The only problem that we have is that on the top floor room there was no wi-fi connection. All the rest is good.
