Good hotel not far from the airport. Descent spa for the additional 50 eur. Breakfast is good but the service is slow. You should allow 30-40 min.

Is such a nice hotel in the heart of Chișinău ! The rooms are very nice, very clean, the staff is great and the food is fantastic! They have a big and nice terrace but you can’t smoke because of the laws in the country. This was the minus of the staying! I recommend from all my heart!

We had a great weekend in Chisinau and loved staying at Hotel Plai. The hotel is recently renovated and the rooms are clean and stylish. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast as well. We also found the location very convenient and we could easily walk to lots of places in the city. I would definitely recommend Hotel Plai if you are coming to Chisinau

Stayed at hotel Plai for 3 nights with a friend and really enjoyed it. It's easy to locate and about a 15 minute walk to the main strip. The restaurant downstairs was excellent and always really busy and the coffee shop next door was great , there is also a fairly big super market down the street. The room was clean and comfortable and check in was easy and quick. I would definitely return here

The hotel was quite expensive for what it was compared with other hotels in Chisinau The service at breakfast was quite indifferent, but most annoyingly we were given a ground floor room with patio doors - and immediately outside our room, the hotel were doing significant building work until 1.30am. The room was spacious and beds were comfortable but shower did not work properly, bedside lamp was a little looss and here and there paint was damaged. The kettle in room was nice but most hotels have at least a teabag and coffee, sugar and creamer sachets. It gives a much better impression at the cost of a few lei.

Nice and large room on the second floor; spacious bathroom with good shower pressure. No safe in the room but, for me, the really annoying breakfast arrangement with the restaurant across the street was the main disappointment issue: only one coffee/tea serving included, the second will be a rip off, be aware!

We stayed in this hotel for 3 night, room was very nice, ladies in the reception kind and helfull too. Breakfast in nearly restaurant was delicious. All our issues were resolved quickly, free water bottles in the reception. Highly recommended!

Great hotel. Clean and new rooms. Have very nice breakfast available. The location is okay, some rooms that face the streets are loud, but their AC is very nice, so no need to open a window at night. Overall very recommended, will come again!

A pleasant hotel with a convenient location, a comfortable bed, and a beautiful view from the windows. The pleasant atmosphere has been maintained. Absolutely exceeded expectations! The owner is a caring, hospitable, and absolute gem of a woman who is genuinely invested in making sure you maximize your time. This apartment is a walk to everything...we didn't even need to use the car at all. The apartment must be brand new as everything was spotless!

The location is well positioned, close to the center, shops, restaurants. Clean apartment, with a well-equipped kitchen. I had a stress when, on the day of arrival, at the airport I was announced that my accommodation was canceled. But the owner was very nice and did not leave us on the street at night... offering a room.

It appears to be a hotel converted from a guesthouse, listed as a four-star hotel. The decor is cozy and the service is good, but the location is a bit out of the way. There are no public transportation or shops nearby; supermarkets and restaurants are more than a ten-minute walk away. The fatal flaw is the extremely poor soundproofing in the rooms. A perfect hotel for a stay in Chisinau. The breakfast was delicious. This hotel has only one drawback: it is often full. I was lucky to be able to spend one night there, I would have stayed there again.

Good service, friendly staff and nice breakfast. The location is not that good. There is an abandoned stadium nearby and lots of wild dogs hanging around, especially at night! It's better to take a taxi to the hotel at night.
